Sunday on the McLaughlin Group" Larry (Liar Liar) O'Donnell said the most important tape of the election was not OBL but Eminem's get out the vote.
Very typical - too many other things to do in their lives. Furthermore, they register and then move....and move again....never re-register.....
My 21-year old and 18-year old sons had the privilege to vote today for the Presidential Race for the first time ever. My oldest son voted absentee ballot last week, as he is away at college. My 18-year old (just turned 18 last Thursday) - went to vote with my husband and I this morning. It was an awesome feeling. We'll have to wait a few more years until my 13-year old son can vote.
I suppose that that depends on the person. I have 4 kids who are 18-24. All four voted- for President Bush.
Well Well.... That means that my daughter's vote and my son's vote was not offset.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tell that to mmoore the fat man.
Maybe they though "Rock the Vote" meant "crack rocks for votes," and were disappointed that no illegal drugs are availble inside the little voting booth. Just Marlboros, in Wisconsin, like last time?
After all, Al Gore was a tobbacco farmer, wan't he?
good. the uninformed should not vote, esp if they are still living at home and not paying taxes.
no offense to all the young folks out there- conservatism is definitely making a comeback!
i'm 32...does that make me old?
I guess Cameron Diaz scare tactics about legalizing rape didn't work.
I worked at the polls for about 10 hours today and saw very very few 18-24 year olds.
Both my 19 year old daughter and my 20 yer old son voted and voted for BUSH! God Bless them.
Too busy protesting than to actually vote.
Phish concerts, weed and multiple viewings of Michael Moore's cinematic craptaculars remain -- all things being equal -- reliable indicators of congenital slackerdom.
(Note To Any 18-24 FReepers Reading This: you're all excluded from the above, of course.) :)
When I was in college I voted absentee. Maybe the kids are sending votes home & not voting near campus.
Probably wasted from listening to Springsten.
I voted!
maybe they are smarter then you think. maybe they are not sure which way to jump???
this is the first time i have voted in all local races. here 7 years.
Joe Scarbourgh should have placed a money bet with the rest of the Hardball cast on this one. He be a richer man today!
