One hundred kilos (220 pounds) of plastic C4 high explosives could blow up 1/2 of Athens or Istanbul.
But how can this be? I heard the vile Jeanine Garafolo screaming at sweet Sean Hannity that there "There were absolutely no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. It's a proven fact."

While I agree this is serious, C4 is not WMD any more than is a cask of gunpowder. Not that your sentiment is wrong. In fact, this is my worry:
This is a lot of material, hard to hide by sheer mass, and it seems like an improbably dumb move on the terrorists' part. Is this a rope-a-dope?
