On C-span1
Speech Bush Campaign Rally White House Travel, Domestic Trip Springfield, Missouri
Bush, George W., President, United States
AMEN!
That thing on Edwards' lip is REALLY distracting.
I love when he said, "We'll keep our word."
Kerry's word is bad. His positions change every second. His word has no credibility.
Bush just destroyed Kerry on the "I voted foer the $87 billion before I voted against it" line. Kerry is in trouble. I don't think he can overcome that.
First slam at the John's re: voting against the money for body armor. Goes through Kerry's twisted explanations and then says nothing complicated about a decision to support the troops.
Hangnails. LOL! Who needs a television with these great running commentaries..right down to hangnails! We cubically bound laugh and thank you.
Referring to him as "the Senator from Massachusetts" is giving him importance. That's not a good idea.
C-Span has a different angle than Fox...had to turn over to see who you were talking about....
They really are very enthusiastic. Applause for the Patriot Act.
Any time. ;-)
"There is nothing complicated about supporting our troops in combat." This simple truth will prevail over this dispicable liar Kerry.
That reminds me of when I was in the third grade; our teacher asked us all who our parents were voting for. 28-1 Reagan over Mondale, with the one for Mondale saying, "I like President Reagan, but I know my parents will vote for the other guy." We still made fun of him for the rest of the year.
Outstanding speech by the President- "Nothing complicated about supporting our troops!"
I take it back, now he's rocking and rolling, but in the beginning it was a little rough.
The man in the black and yellow jacket just isn't as excited as we are. He's okay!
He looks like he's a S.S. agent.
He is busy watching over our President!!! I love it.
Let's don't always look at the dark side of things.
We are looking up, already this morning!!!
I can't see how you could see that as a negative. *shrug*

I think that G. Bush is going to ride that 87 billion dollar vote right back into the White House.
I am very happy that he understands the political potency of that vote.
..."RESULTS matter"!!!
Crowd cheers! "FOUR MORE YEARS"!!!!
Kerry is rewriting 'results matter' into his next stump speech.
lol.
Why? Kerry is a Senator. President Bush has class, that's what separates him from the Rats.
RESULTS MATTER!!
And The Crowd goes Wild ... AGAIN!!
CHANTING ... 4 MORE YEARS!!!
"RESULTS MATTER!" They sure do!
Hey! Results matter!
There's another phrase for the dims to steal.
They have no ideas of their own.
My opponent ahs had 1000's of votes, not significant achievements.
GWB: [Kerry] very few 'signature' achievements.
(Kerry didn't author much legislation.)
I think you're on to something here.... Cheney as "go-to" guy... New campaign slogan!
Is he going to KC? I may just have to make a road trip for that...he sure as heck won't be coming to Kansas.
WooHoo! He's going after Kerry's and Edward's senate records!
SEE POST #165
Yeah. Just watch him.
Gloves are coming off...slamming Kerry.
No, it's an excellent idea. Why mention Kerry by name? By calling him senator, Bush diminishes Kerry's stature since he's the President.
People will be reminded that Kerry is just a face out of 100.
Kerry Voted 98 Times For Tax Increases Totaling More Than $2.3 Trillion.
Kerry Voted At Least 126 Times Against Tax Cuts Totaling More Than $5.3 Trillion.
Kerry Has Voted 73 Times To Reduce The Size Of A Tax Cut.
Kerry Voted 67 Times For Smaller Tax Cuts (Democrat Alternatives).
Kerry Voted 11 Times Against Repealing Tax Hikes.
Consequently, I find Dick Cheney attractive. I also find George Bush very attractive, although he is a different type of man. Both, however, are MANLY.
Oh man! LOL
Springfield is only 45 minutes away from the boonies here. We go there to buy "stuff" Going to Lowes to get chain link fencing and then (of course) Bass Pro so hubby can get his monthly fix.
It also reminds people that kerry's state is the one who started 'gay marriage' by court order....
Thanks for bringing Bush speaking to my attention.
I suppose he could call him "Lurch", but that would be beneath him.
Any suggestion for how Dubya should refer to him?
What a relief to listen to this speech!..Go Bush!..Think about what he is able to enumerate vs. the "hero" for 4 months 30 years ago ...!
I love your tag line! LOL!!!!!!
Kerry voted Against Using Force Against Saddam Hussein to Liberate Kuwait in Gulf War 1
(that just surfaced to my attention today)
Yes, Bush is attacking Lurch's abysmal Senate record. Kerry didn't do SQUAT in his 20 years. It's all about power and privilege and keeping a spot in the Mass. and Washington cocktail circuit.
Rummy, Rummy, Rummy!! (And George P. for those who like those young, stud-muffin-looking types.)
What point does it serve to have that theme running over and over again every time he speaks?
Especially for those of us who studiously followed the DNC convention torture every day.
Yes, he's a Senator but who else has missed as many votes as Kerry? Even his daughter said on that video that other senator's families complain about their dad not being home for the kids but her's was always was home.
My daughter saw George P. at the 2000 Convention and gushed about what a hottie he is. She was 13 at the time.
