Conservatives crucial to Bush's re-election restive about Iraq war

I am not nor have I ever campaigned for Kerry. My statement about voting for Kerry was in the context of by doing so, to eliminate a greater evil of Hillary Clinton's chances in 08.

Having said that, allow me to point out your statement from the front page of your website:
"Welcome to Free Republic! Free Republic is an online gathering place for independent, grass-roots conservatism on the web."
So much for independent, so much for grass roots. It's either march in lockstep to the tune of the Republican party or genuflect in front of Bush and to hell with true conservative belief and exercise of free speech and expression.

I don't take lightly to threats and if you want to cancel my account, do so at your will. You won't hurt my feelings because I am above the temper tantrums of pompous self appointed political gurus.

Free Republic used to be an exciting place where ideas were exchanged and debates engaged. Most free thinkers have been banned and is now populated by a bunch of wanabees.
