The Baltimore Ravens cheerleaders came out to Saudi last year, and man, everyone there was excited. I have to dig up the pictures of some of the flag officers and the O-6's showing the cheerleaders what we do and how we run the war. Interestingly, the ATO (Air Tasking Order -- the guide that says who's flying and when) was up on display on the big board. The ATO is classified SECRET REL MNF (SECRET, but releasable to the Multi-National Force), and when the O-6 was asked why the General was showing the ATO to the Raven's cheerleaders, he said: "It's too complicated anyway, what cheerleader is going to know what it means?"

May God bless and protect every one of our brave troops.
Thanks for posting the pics, Jeff. Umm...your USO go-go girl looks an awful lot like a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, but I'm sure others have already pointed that out.

Regarding your tagline: The Army recently accidently ordered many cases of John Wayne toilet paper.
What's John Wayne toilet paper you say?
It's rough, tough, and don't take no crap off of no one!

Thanks for the ping Tonk!
Thanks for posting these, Jeff.
Just imagine: as always, those soldiers and marines are living in conditions you wouldn't impose on a dog; they eat crummy MREs, live in sand and dust, drink warm chlorine water, and are in danger of attack each and every moment.
Don't see any of those antiwar pond scum living like this for the sake of freedom.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have a long tradition of USO tours, and do a great job at lifting morale wherever they go.
I saw them in the Phillipines one year when I was in the USN, and they did wonders for morale.
They are a fine group of young women, and I for one appreciate them.
