Dr. William M. Hammesfahr

Several weeks ago I read a report that the Schindler's had contacted some group that had attempted to do some 'therapy' over the phone a few years ago. A group that uses New Age weirdism to psychically heal people (my terms).

Dr. Hammesfahr isn't the leader of this group is he?

Re: Felos & Co not here on FR:

LOL, Righttttttttttt

Don't be surprised by ANYTHING Michael-Felos & Co. (MFC) does. Second, FR is a VERY GOOD Site for Terri. MFC knows about this Site. They play extremely dirty and they play to win!

This is a National Right-To-Die Test Case, Felos is trying to use loopholes in Florida's Right-To-Die laws and their Right-To-Privacy Laws, and he wants a big win to build on his win in 1990 which led to Florida's current Right-To-Die law. He and the National Movement will to ANYTHING to win.

Third, Felos is another Dr. Jack Kevorkian sicko. You just have to read his sick book to understand this fact. See attached.

Harv

Litigation as Spiritual Practice
George J. Felos
ISBN: 1-57733-104-4, 344 pp.,
6x9, hardcover, $24.95

Such a deep, dark, silent blue. I stared as far into her eyes as I could, hoping to sense some glimmer of understanding, some hint of awareness. The deeper I dove, the darker became the blue, until the blue became the black of some bottomless lake. "Mrs. Browning, do you want to die ... do you want to die?" I nearly shouted as I continued to peer into her pools of strikingly beautiful but incognizant blue. It felt so eerie. Her eyes were wide open and crystal clear, but instead of the warmth of lucidity, they burned with the ice of expressionlessness.

With this meeting, Attorney George Felos became the legal advocate of Estelle Browning's right-to-die and in the process plumbed the depths of death and dying and spearheaded a social revolution to enable death with dignity in the state of Florida. Felos uses this case and Fellouzis vs. United States of America - a decade-long tax battle sending him to Hong Kong's back alleys in search of antique jades and ivories - as framework to interweave the story of his law practice and spiritual unfoldment.

Litigation as Spiritual Practice describes the excitement and drama of the courtroom, and the ecstasy and anguish of spiritual evolution in a combative environment.

Does this person look normal to you?..Harv

Why do you suppose that George J. Felos seems to have such power over the people of Pinellas Co.? Does his popularity extend into the entire Tampa Bay area?

Harv Comment:

>>>Dr. Hammesfahr isn't the leader of this group is he?

Harv- I don't know.

Here is our position in a nutshell. Laws should never be enacted that allows a non-"blood" family member to have the powers Michael Schiavo has in this matter and make a life or death decision for someone that is not his "blood".

Only Terri's parents should have that right, in a situation like this. They brought her into the world, they should have the final decision on whether it is best to let her leave the world because of her semi-PVS or PVS, depending on who you wish to believe.

Terri is not dying, and with proper care can easily live for years. She is tougher that ol' boot leather, God Bless her soul! One of the physician’s in our PAC, personally knows a case where a women has lived 43 years in a state just like Terri’s. It is supposedly a National record.

However, the chances of Terri ever getting better are 0 to none, based on opinions by the best medical experts in the world, not just the U.S. However, miracles happen every day. Maybe God will grant a miracle to Terri. Only He knows!

Dr. Hammesfahr may be the greatest progressive physician ever to come down the medical highway. We will only know in 50 years looking back on his work. The problem is the Court's and "traditional medical experts" are making 100% of the decisions, for Terri. They decide if she lives or dies presently. Hammesfahr's has zero credibility with the Courts, the Florida Authorities, and traditional medical peers. ZERO!

He hurts Terri's case horribly. The Schindler's hurt their case horribly not being honest about Terri's severe Bulimia Nervosa Disease causing her collapse, which has been very well documented in the malpractice trial records.

Once Terri is returned to her parents, AND THIS IS OUR MISSION, to live out the rest of her natural years, we as a society should not care what they do. As long as Terri’s parents take care of her in a reasonable and humane manner, I don’t care if they try Voodoo, if they think it will help Terri AND are willing to pay for it.

This is their personal decision. This is not a decision of the Government, Courts, non-“blood” family members, or the public. PERIOD – End of Story.

Yes, Pat Anderson has said that Wolfson is biased against Terri. There is little doubt that Wolfson would be in disagreement with either Demers or George W. Greer.

Move here and you will find out LOL. Florida has a lot of corruption problems. Ask Al Gore, he will tell you all about it! Everybody is in everybody's pocket and Felo's has had over a $1,000,000 of Terri's money to buy lots of favors, from lots of folks.

Secondly, I/we may think Felos is a sick psycho, but he is a VERY good attorney, and he has kicked the Schindler's and their attorney's behind all over the courtroom for over six years now! He is not to be taken lightly!

Third, Florida has some of the strictest-liberal Right-To-Privacy(RTP)Laws in the United States. Felos is using the RTP Law to drive through a "hole/weakness" in the Right-To-Die Law in Florida and that is why National picked the Schiavo case as a Test case.

Several Florida House Representatives, that sponsored & drafted the Right-To-Die Law, said during the Terri's Bill House Floor debates, that the Law was not being properly interputed by the Judicial system, and they never intended the Law to allow someone to be executed in a case like Terri's. The Law presumed that a Family would "be in agreement" and "get along" at a time of making such a serious decision about a loved one. THIS IS THE BIG FLAW IN THE LAW. Like everybody's blood and non-blood family "get along" LOL Righttttt.

Harv

PS:

>>Florida has some of the strictest-liberal Right-To-Privacy(RTP)Laws in the United States

Now you know why O.J Simpson moved to Florida; serial killer Ted Bundy moved to Florida before the Authorities caught him and executed him; Osama Ben Laden's brother now lives in Florida; and most of the 9-11 terrorists lived in Florida. It's not just the Florida sun and fresh citrus!

Same Idea – Saw this on another forum – It is Right On! – Harv

Michael Schiavo Killing His Parents Statement on Larry King:

I'm sure Michael Parents really valued their Florida Rights-to-Privacy and Florida Rights-To-Die legal protection just Like Terri. . . Right to the Grave if Michael has
anything to say about it as also stated on Larry King, i.e “Nobody is going to stop me” (From killing Terri)..Ed (sunsetnights_la)

When there are no more family members left, what is Michael going to do for kicks then,,,,

Ohhhhhh on I forgot, Serial Killer Ted Bundy was a Florida
resident also before they finally caught him and executed
him..Ed

Thanks for your clarification, Harv. I think that you have added considerably to our understanding of these bizarre, and bewildering events.

Perhaps our best mission here would be to convince the Schindlers to join your efforts.

Friends of Terri:
PING to post 53, and post 56, and post 66. for important information.

Review of Jay Wolfson GAL Appointment

RePosted With Permission from Ed-sunsetnights_la

(Ed is a graduating Law student with honors from a “Top 5”
U.S. Law School – Harv)

Date: Sat Nov 1, 2003 3:15 am
Subject: Excellent Day In Court All Factors Considered

In analysis of the Wolfson GAL decision:

One
---
The Schindlers didn't even offer the Judge their recommendation for a GAL. Only complained about the default GAL. Not a good legal move.

Why did the Schindler's not recommend the previous GAL, Richard Pearse who is a Clearwater Attorney and supported the Schindler's position the last time he reviewed the case.

The reason the courts got a GAL the last time was due to George Felos recommendation. Felos would have not approved Pearse if he didn't think Pearse would issued a favorable opinion to Michael and Felos. End up Pearse went against Felos. This situation has been previous posted here.

Yes Felos would have objected, but it would have put Pearse back in the limelight. Pearse told a journalist last week that he still supported his decision as the right one.

This is strange the Schindlers have not involved Attorney Pearse again in this case or media activity Nothing!

Starting to makesense, however. $100 say Richard Pearse will not help the Schindler's because they are not being honest and are using that quack Dr. Hammerfahr to spin all this BS. Clearwater attorney, Richard Pearce has to protect his legal license and reputation! It is his livelyhood.

Two
---
News Report >> Dr. Wolfson will report his GAL recommendations to Gov. Jeb Bush and recommend whether the stay the governor enacted to keep Terri Schiavo alive should be lifted or allowed to remain.

This is a huge win for Terri. Don't know how Bush pulled this off. Maybe big bro Pres was a helper. The legal scholars will be screaming that Bush still has injected himself in the legal process. Love it.

I noticed a previous post that Florida has passed two of these "odd-ball" laws in the past. This Terri Law situation is not new. Maybethese past odd-ball laws will give the Supreme Court trouble strikingTerri's Law down. Have to research them next week sometime.

More details will be available this weekend, but I get the feeling from reading all the articles just hitting the wire, that the brief filed Friday by Gov Bush forced Judge Demers to make a number of interputative decisions, which could be subject of appeals later in Terri's defense.

Judge Demer said several things that caught my attention as he was trying to makes several decisions in order.

George Felos also made this statement - "The attorney for Michael Schiavo, said he believes the order Demers signed "reflects a little bit of puzzlement on the party of the judiciary regarding on the involvement of the governor." (This means Felos is very unhappy that the precedings did not go as planned!..Ed)

This is what Felos is referring to:

In Terri Schiavo's case, Wolfson will not represent her Terri's)interests and he is limited in reporting to the Governor the value ofgiving Schiavo tests to see if she can be rehabilitated andsummarizing the decade-long legal battle between her husband andparents.

Demers ordered Wolfson to report to the governor in 30 days, but said the deadline could be extended if needed.

ED: This is perfect. With the Schindlers having such a weak position and offering no GAL, which makes no sense!, it was a very good day in Court for Terri..Ed

-------

I/we concur with Ed's position

Harv and PAC

Terri's Law itself calls for the GAL to report to the Gov. as well as the court. Agreed, Demers actually honoring this is a small miracle.

Wolfson is smarter than Felos. I do not believe his judgement will be clouded by passion the way Felos' is. That doesn't mean they don't have something on him that can be used to control his decision...

If the Schindlers and/or husband knew about the bulemia problem (assuming she had it, assuming it was ongoing, etc.), they are culpable for not getting her help and not notifying her doctors imo. When you know something about a relative and don't do anything about it, you are partly to blame. Furthermore, if it was that serious, they could have had her committed, at least in my state.

Hey Harv...nice to meet you. Please ping me to any info you post that is new and breaking.
I indeed know that there are MS and Felos inc. lurkers here....I think I brushed by one of them awhile back. They aren't always the outright flamers, they are slightly sneaky about it.

I have wondered if Mr. Schiavo (the father) may have died in PA. Then Schiavo may have moved his mother to FL. I believe it was said that the mother died in FL, but she was probably buried in PA. Perhaps both parents were cremated, as that seems to be Schiavo's preferred "exit protocol." The mother had terminal cancer; Schiavo seemed to indicate that he had her starved and dehydrated to accelerate her death.

Apparently, Terri and Schiavo moved to FL when the Schindlers decided to relocate. Otherwise, Schiavo may have still been in PA all these years.
