Her spokesperson wanted to clarify (if possible) what she meant by one statement but she sure didn’t touch the nasty one about another Senator. We know what she’s most worried about and it’s not what’s happening to the country!
She didn’t mean to be unkind? Heck - neither do we when we make remarks about what an ugly human being she is. Whoever started the job of strangling her to give her the wretched voice she has should have finished the job. Farenthold could run circles around her in the IQ department.

what Susan Collins fails to recognize is that most Americans are sick and tired of tax and spend (and regulate us to death)
yes, some roads are needed...does that necessarily mean the federal govt has to pay for them all? how about sitting down and going thru the proposed budget and seeing what is really needed in there (and what REQUIRES our federal taxes)...
and strike out the rest. Let states like Maine pick them up if they wish.

The bulk of Maine’s population lives in the southeast corner of Maine, the First Congressional District, which is 20% of the state. It’s heavily democrat.
It’s the democrats that elect this awful woman Collins to the Senate. The dems always run an obscure state senator moonbat against Collins and that helps Collins get re-elected, too.
I live in the Second Congressional District which covers 80% of Maine....27,000 square miles.....and Trump carried it by ten points over Cankles last November, netting him one electoral vote.
Cankles got the other three because of liberal southern Maine.

I remember. Too well. I posted on it today - is it irony or some word like that that she voted with Dems in favor of getting 0bamacare to the floor [and indeed as you note, she was #60 to get 0bamacare to the floor]... but today she voted with Dems again against Repubs in an attempt to prevent the repeal bill from being debated.
Trump needs to end her career.
