President Trump sent FedEx courier a $10,000 check in the mail (Feel good story)

The evening before his inauguration, President Trump took time to meet with a 24-year-old FedEx courier from rural Illinois. In a tent behind the Lincoln Memorial in D.C., the soon-to-be president praised Shane Bouvet for his work as a volunteer on his campaign, hugged him and then promised him an extraordinary thank you: a $10,000 check.

The unusual meeting was arranged after Trump said he read a profile about Bouvet in The Washington Post. The struggling single father had spent nights working and days volunteering for Trump, who Bouvet hoped could bring renewal to his home town of Stonington, Ill., and other corners hard hit by the decline in U.S. industry.

On Monday, the check arrived in the mail.

“Shane — You are a great guy — thanks for all of your help,” a note from Trump on presidential stationary read.

Bouvet was in disbelief at his good fortune....

CNN: In a sexist and bigoted move, Trump ignores female and minority volunteers in favor of rewarding a white male campaign worker.

Analysts further determined that the payment failed to meet state and federal minimum wage standards, leading Trump critics to accuse him of being a Nazi.

This man is a Godsend.

Even my 21 year-old son has jumped on the Trump train, hearing about his phone calls to the leaders of Saudi Arabia and Egypt, making safe places for refugees.

My son actually called me to tell me this news. I hadn’t even heard about it; he got it from some website, and thought it was fantastic.

I was shocked, because my son Christopher wasn’t a Trump supporter...but he told he thinks this will go down in history as a major moment. He is actually now defending Trump at his university, in Canada.

Odd that the reporters never brought it up in today’s press conference with Secretary Spicer.

No, we had to dwell on the 109 people who were briefly inconvenienced....

I don’t trust the Washington Post... I’ll bet they do a nasty follow up.

I can only imagine the sort of thank you note the President sent to Diamond and Silk. Those two ladies were on the Trump train before it left the station, and tirelessly supported Trump every step of the way.

Good thing he is a FedEx driver and not a UPS driver, otherwise the MSM would have said, “Trump pays off Brownshirt for help during campaign “.

Diamond and Silk were absolute rock stars during the campaign! I was half-expecting to see them on stage during the inaugural (music) events that Thursday evening.

I started subscribing to D&S’s YouTube channel several months ago, but I also came across a number of other YouTubers who made the whole election season fun. The Doctor of Common Sense, Terrence Williams, Millennial Millie, Kiki Greene, Mark F, Mark Dice, A.D. Bell, Milo Yiannopoulos, and Diamond and Silk are some of my favorites. A couple of them aren’t necessarily always suitable for work because of the language, but all of their messages are spot on!

I hope Trump gets word about all these YouTubers who campaigned for him like crazy. He obvious knows of D&S since they were speakers at some of his events. The rest of them definitely all did their parts to get him elected, too. It was a GREAT election season!!

That FedEx guy that stopped the flag burning deserves a check also.

I hear you, but I don’t think that that guy would want nor accept payment for defending the flag.

Actually, no one deserves a check. I think Trump gave him the money cause he was a single dad working & volunteering.

I’m sure FedEx will give our hero a bonus or recognition tho.
