My number one political goal this year is to get Donald J Trump elected President of the United States of America. Once that is done my next number one goal is to take care of this illegal alien posing as a US citizen:
Why has no one in the national media, national conservative talk show hosts or anyone else investigated, probed or asked questions about Rafael Edward (Ted) Cruz’s birth right?
1 RAFAEL EDWARD (TED) CRUZ: Was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1970.
2 Is Rafael Cruz a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America?
3 Is Rafael Cruz a US citizen?
4 You decide:
a. Rafael’s father had dual citizenship, as a Canadian/Cuban citizen at the time of Rafael’s birth, which made Rafael a Canadian/Cuban citizen?
b. Rafael’s mother was, maybe, an American citizen, would that make him a US citizen?
c. Rafael was born in Canada did that make him a Canadian citizen at birth?
d. Would Rafael Cruz’s birth in Canada make him a dual citizen of Canada and Cuba?
e. If Rafael’s mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth she had a duty to her son, if she wanted him to be a US citizen, to do the following: 1) Register Rafael’s birth with the US Embassy or Consulate on a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) 2) Once the CRBA was approved the US State Department would issue form FS-240 establishing Rafael’s US citizenship.
f. Was this process ever completed for Rafael?
g. Can Rafael produce a CRBA issued in his name and the form FS-240 issued by the US State Department?
h. Can Rafael produce the CRBA or FS-240 with the US State Department signature, date and time stamped?
i. We know that Rafael does not have US birth certificate.
j. We know Rafael does have a Canadian birth certificate.
k. So the next question is, how did Rafael enter the United States from Canada? l. Was Rafael listed on his father’s or mother’s Passport?
m. What passports did Rafael’s parents travel on between the US and Canada?
n. Did Rafael travel on his own Passport or Visa, if so what was the origin of the documents?
o. When Rafael turned 18 years of age did he register with Selective Service?
p. If Rafael registered with Selective Service what identification did he use to establish his citizenship and does he have a draft card?
q. Did Rafael ever have a Green Card issued by the United States?
r. Was Rafael ever naturalized through the US Immigration process?
s. Since Rafael renounced his Canadian citizenship in 2014, and given the fact he probably is not a US citizen he would be a Cuban citizen living in the United States America as an illegal alien?
t. Why is Rafael using Ted as his first name?
u. Why does he never refer to himself as Rafael?
v. Is Rafael trying to hide his true identity?
w. Is Rafael trying to hiding through the use of an alias?
x. Do people who are hiding use fake names?
y. Is Rafael a fake person?
z. People who use aliases are usually hiding something, what is Rafael hiding?
aa. What is Rafael trying to hide? In my opinion, Rafael "Ted" Cruz talks about being a constitutional conservative, and espouses constitutional values, but only when it does not apply to him. Jim Buzzell.
There is no way in hell that the son of a Cuban, born in Canada is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States under original intent. Anyone claiming otherwise is either ignorant of our history/constitution or a globalist, open borders Marxist.
The law also says that marriage can be between two men or two women do you believe that too? The law also says it's ok to murder unborn children in the womb. Do you believe that is ok also.
Cruz’s mother was not at all a United States citizen when Ted was born.
She had first immigrated to Britain and then to Canada.
Canada did not recognize dual citizenship until 1977. Ted Cruz was born in 1970. Eleanor Elizabeth Wilson gave up her United States citizenship for Canadian citizenship ship to receive medical benefits. Basically a vagabond hippie chick shacking up with a married Castro revolutionary who had become disillusioned with the promised communist cuban paradise.
Ted Cruz was Canadian (and Only Canadian) at birth.
I will certainly oppose him. I have opposed Cornyn for years and he is still here. On the other hand Dewhurst and Perry look to be permanently over, so some efforts bear fruit.

If he was as smart as I THOUGHT he was, he would have taken the VP spot and rode the Trump train to 16 years of continued Republican control in Washington. He is a good conservative and could have helped Trump with that.
Because HilLIARy would have trounced Cruz- he does not have a tenth of the charm and charisma of Trump, and should have realized that together they could have created a groundswell for republican votes and a massive landslide.
How could he not see that?
That showed me he does not have what it takes to LEAD. He is GREAT in The Senate and should stay there.

Rafael is definitely a pro-Castro supporter in the Austin Cuban student demonstrations. He gives his name willingly to the papers and is one of 6 students that wrote a letter to the editor.
In the letter, he wants revenge against the Cubans that were pro-Batista.
The photographs and video tape of the guy handing out leaflets could be Rafael, but it is not proven. I do believe he was known to the CIA and may have had CIA connections. The CIA would have been keeping tabs on the small minority of anti-Castro Cuban refugees who were vocally going against USA policy. There’s a good chance he was in New Orleans at the same time as Oswald.
I started reading the government info of the JFK assassination. There were all sorts of Cuban connections and Texas oil people connected to the investigation. He went to Canada and entered the oil industry. Where did he get his contacts that allowed him to set up his business in the oil industry in Canada.
So even though, I don’t really think he was the one handing out the pamphlets with Oswald. (Supposedly, one of the guys in the video tape was tracked down to a young man)I think Cruz is hiding his father’s connection to the CIA. Look at how long it was before Rafael Cruz became a US citizen. I think he had stuff in his FBI files that Ted didn’t want to come out.
Bush was CIA and Ted went to work for the Bushes.

Be more concerned about one of San Antonio's Castro brothers getting some SERIOUS national money and support and taking-out whomever runs on the GOP Senator ticket in 2018.
The guy in the photograph was not Rafael Cruz. The guy in the photograph is in his late thirties or early forties and much skinnier than Rafael Cruz.
Rafael was born in 1939 and would have been 20 years old. He would have looked like a kid.
Secondly, Rafael was at UT and he gave speeches against Castro and communism. He saw the destruction that ensued after Castro took power. He was not on Fidel’s side.
Cruz does not deserve to be “left alone”. Voters have taken a lot from this fraudulent pastor and he’s left with only his cult following who are so depressed, ignorant and into the Last Days, that they have chosen to take up his name as some damn “cause”.

Another thing that Ted won’t release is his passport or his mothers. One of his friends that travelled with him to Canada in high school claimed he told the border he was a dual citizen.
Supposedly, he was registered automatically for Selective Service when he filled out the college loan papers. It’s evidently, part of the process now.

NATURALIZATION is NOT the same thing as NATURAL BORN! ANY act of government to make a person a citizen AUTOMATICALLY makes that person NATURALIZED , therefore the OPPOSITE of Natural Born.
Under original intent your girls are Natural Born Citizens (NBC). Up until the 1930s citizenship was passed by the father not the mother (child is NBC). Back in the 1790s a wife acquired her citizenship from her husband (again child is NBC). So I'd say your girls are eligible to be POTUS.
Simply, (I am not a lawyer), ‘natural born’ US citizenship requires, two US citizen parents to birth their child on US soil. No act of Congress or some judge can give or take ‘natural born’ US citizenship. I liken it to a ‘birthright’, comes from US citizens parents. Anchor babies are NOT, ‘natural born’ US citizens. It is part of the founders ‘original intent’ ‘we the people are government’.

According to Cruz his father became disenchanted with the Castro regime, but we only have Ted’s word for it. We know he demonstrated as a pro-Castro supporter in Austin. He’s in the picture of the demonstration. He and five others wrote a letter to the editor, demanding that the USA refuse to allow anti-Castro refugees into this country.
Read the letter. He wants revenge.
I believe the CIA knew who he was. He was not keeping quiet about his political beliefs. He was demonstrating for Castro and against American Cuban policy. There just weren’t that many pro-Castro refugees in the US at the time.
I’m assuming that you’re not insinuating that my children are ‘anchor babies’, correct? Otherwise, we (you and I) have a problem.
