“The GOPe wants to deal with Cruz.”
Did you notice that the more they argue their position, they talk themselves right out of it ?
Ted Cruz may claim to be “winning”, and perhaps he is, in the short term. Still, the numbers are against him, and just as soon as the possibility of actually gaining a victory becomes apparent, his supposed “allies” will turn against him even more savagely than they did against John McCain in 2008.
The Donald has already been taking fire, but protected as he is with an undergirding of twenty-four inch, cold-rolled, case-hardened, vanadium-tungsten-molybdenum, nickel-plated alloy steel armor plate, he continues to fly on above some very hostile ground fire, which shall only get more intense as the target nears.
Ted Cruz can still turn this to his advantage, if as the vote on the convention floor approaches, he makes common cause with The Donald, agreeing to become the VP candidate in exchange for his support.
Far more disparate combinations have been selected for the President and Vice President slots in other, and successful, elections in the past. Just consider Kennedy and Johnson, perhaps one of the most bitterly fought primary battles in recent decades, and the resulting fusion ticket (cynical but politically astute) that squeaked out a victory over Richard Nixon in 1960.
How does one ‘steal’ an unbounded delegate?
I agree with you about most of the “Cruz Supporters”. I’m trying to put together a list of them who don’t contribute(support/donate) to FR but still come here during election seasons to disrupt.
If every one checked their posting history compared to their donation history, we may find the source of all the chicanery happening on FR
You know why they can’t answer. They know it’s absolutely corrupt.
Umm, OK...He won’t like it much in there, too much reality going on in my brain. :)
BTW, still waiting for my check for being a GOPe Cruz shill, I expect it any day now, any...day...now...
This is a good one. Cruz supporters talk about following rules, yet ignore the very first rule that require Cruz to be Natural Born Citizen when its convenient
What Cruz did is being greatly exaggerated. What really happened is that the Colorado, insider GOPe set up a scheme to deny Trump the Colorado delegates. Cruz just happen to be the only remaining tool they could use.
And Ted and his followers think those Rocky Mountain insiders actually support Ted. Lol. Ted’s just a useful tool to be used until he’s of no more use to them.
Vet should have followed his beloved candidate and had his records sealed !!
Quote: “Rush was spinnin like a top today. He came very, very close to admitting St. Ted is an insider, and also came very close to admitting that if Trump (but not Cruz) loses we will never, ever elect an outsider. (Gee, cause St. Ted is an insider). Yet Rush still pullin for St. Ted, the trickster.”
Sorry, I did not hear it that way at all. I can see, however, given how deep in the trenches the Trump v. Cruz battle has gotten how some would miss the forest for the trees.
First off, what is the remedy here? Should Ted Cruz have said, “no thanks Colorado, I am going to reject your delegates. “The process is corrupt and it is only fair to make the front runner the benefactor of the corruption.”
Rush was saying that this crappy system that was set up was done so to ensure that the GOPeeeee got their guy, JEB! Now, it is being used by Cruz. If Trump was not in this race right now and Cruz was using this to destroy the GOPe candidates or if Cruz was not in this race right now and Trump were using it we would all be celebrating the delicious irony was that an non-GOPe candidate was using the GOPe’s system against them.
Rush is also quite correct when he says that if Ted takes down Trump the GOPe will next turn to taking down Ted. Forgetting the Trump v. Cruz GOPe divide and conquer-a-thon that is going on now, the big picture is that the GOPe is looking to force Paul Ryan on us. The entire primary process has exposed the GOPe for what it is. The obnoxious part is that the GOPe DOES NOT CARE!! They are saying in no uncertain terms “to hell with the voters.”
>Did you notice that the more they argue their position, they talk themselves right out of it ?
It’s really crazy.
Thank You!
Cruz supporters are basically celebrating GOPe winning
Then kiss SCOTUS goodbye for the next 25 years..
Is there any evidence to support that theory?
You know that is very little difference between you, a liberal and Cruz. Everyone is “weak minded” except you.
Is that possible? I thought one could donate anonymously.
