I will vote for Trump, Carson or Cruz. I will stay home for anyone else except Jeb. If Jeb gets the nomination, I will vote for Hillary.

The Virginia Republican Party is heavily invested in a big government run apparatus such as the Rockefeller wing of the party supports. Virginia makes a LOT of money from Government operations. They don't want a government shrinker to get elected.
