Among other things, THIS is why Trump is kicking their asses and has the GOPe and the donkeys TERRIFIED!

The challenge now is to keep the Donald above ambient temperature until the inauguration and thereafter.

The left is playing for all the marbles and nearly every effort of which I'm aware to remove someone from the path to their "Utopia" has been a FELLOW LEFTIST!

Interesting to hear that Secret Service guys are competing to get on his security detail. Memo to Donald: Keep YOUR PRIVATE guys just in case they slip a ringer into your SS detail. Just sayin'.

Folks, If we fail to clean out the bad ones up there – and most of us know who the bad ones are (and YOUR GUY MAY BE ONE OF THEM even though he sends you regular mail telling you how much he loves you and “Amurika”) – WE ARE DOOMED and your kids and grandkids will live as serfs to the new ruling class. The HEAVY LIFTING to clear the wreckage of obozo, et al will require folks with seriously CAJONES GRANDE!

Flashback to October 2011 - the current stage we are at today in the 2016 campaign. The big news back then was Sarah Palin telling us she was not running. Then front runner Rick Perry was in free fall after his disastrous debate performance. Herman Cain was just beginning his surge (which would collapse just six weeks later).

Essentially Cain and Romney were tied at 17 per cent. Perry was down to 12 per cent (after being 23 per cent before the debate). The rest were in single digit land.

Fast forward four years later. We have a candidate who has been solidly in front since practically the day he entered the race. TWICE as many people are paying attention to the race than they were at this stage four years ago. Seventy per cent of Republicans today say that they will support Donald Trump should he win the nomination (even though they may be supporting somebody else today).

This is what has the establishment frightened out of their minds. Donald Trump is NOT going away. Their narrative that people just aren't paying attention yet and that Trump will soon fade, is belied by the facts at hand.

I should also reiterate that Mitt Romney was at 17-18 percent at this stage in 2011. By the end of October 2011, even though Cain would be in front with 25 per cent, Romney would have increased his standing to around 21 per cent.

Contrast that to the anemic 6-8% we are seeing Jebbie Bush at today. So the narrative that Bush is the REAL frontrunner and that he will eventually shoot past Donald Trump is quickly evaporating when you consider where Romney was at this point four years ago with regard to Herman Cain. Even at Cain's peak, Romney was always within striking distance. Jebbie has never gotten close to Trump's numbers.

as well as more vocal Trump haters than any of the others.

There is a logical reason behind that..

It appears that a rather large number of vocal Trumpsters (a majority here) are attacking non-Trumpers...especially the Cruz supporters.

You try to be civil, at least in the beginning of any exchange of ideas and then it always turns into a Pee contest with a high degree of negativity, shall we say.

I've been through this numerous times on this forum. I suppose you can only say that it is what it is. Depending on the meaning of is.

I agree. . .and do you have one for every republican candidate? FReeper haters show up whenever a republican candidate that is NOT their anointed one is in the news and flail/hate away.

TDS sufferers seem to be an especially splenetic lot...

You got that right! Who will be more UN-restrained in changing the direction of the country...a candidate who is self financed -or- all others who are under command and control of their rich donors? The others will never build the wall, and never deport ALL illegals, and keep pushing for the cheap labor express of more H1-B visa foreign workers, more legal immigrants, and more trade pacts with cheap labor countries. It is all for the benefit of Chamber of Commerce and Club for growth crowd.

No wonder middle class is under strain for decades.

Who or what is the bottom picture?

This Trump worship is getting weird, like Obama worship in ‘08.

Makes me uncomfortable.

But, it is a sign he can win.

Obama won.

Great comparison between October 2011 and October 2015. Me on the other hand is having trouble remembering what I had for breakfast.

Speaking as a Trumpster:

My dream ticket:Cruz/West, with Trump as Sec. of Treasury
My reality-based ticket: Trump/Cruz, with West as Sec. of Vet. Affairs

See what I mean?
