There is not much text at that link, click on the video, it is only a couple of minutes long. Basically Perry was asked what are republican leaders McConnell & Boehner pushing in congress.
What did he say?
Short and to the point.

That was worth watching. Perry was caught completely flat-footed when asked what Boehner and McConnell are doing that’s good.
Perry had no clue what Congress is doing. Or not doing. He stumbled and stuttered very badly. And, they want to call Trump a dumb dumb?
He had another FROZEN moment

Doesn’t matter what he said. The only person that stands less chance than he at the nomination is Christie.

There are certain candidates just working for the GOPe.
Perry is one. He is not serious. Graham and Fiorina are others.
They each have a role. Perry is meant to siphon as many votes as possible from Cruz in the Texas primary.
Graham’s role is the same for S Carolina.
Fiorina was to do this against Palin or Bachman, but they ended up not running.
Seriously, he may be in the early stages of dementia.
I’m serious when I say I think Rick Perry should be checked for advanced dementia. He is not just misspeaking or forgetting. He shows signs of it in my opinion and has for awhile now. (No comments about it starting just after delivery either.)
He essentially did not have an answer to “What are McConnell and Boehner doing positive in Congress?”.
He stumbled over himself for quite a few seconds.
I can only assume he took the Gardisil vaccination, and is now retarded.
In 2012, Perry sort of had an excuse — meds for back pain due to recent surgery.
In 2016, he needs to be sharper.
If he doesn’t know already, the media is just waiting for another ‘gotcha’ moment. If Perry does have another ‘oops’ moment, it will basically be over for him.
