I feel sad for Joan Walsh-— because SHE doesn’t have a firm grasp on reality. But who cares how she feels. She’s just a voice in the wind. Full of meaningless sound.

People keep saying that but anyone paying the slightest bit of attention knows that people like her have ‘shown their true colors’ for a couple decades or more.

Lately Chris Mathews is surprising me. He is the first host on MSNBC who has figured out the Trump appeal to voters. He has stopped smirking and laughing.
Trump supporters i know have such a well established grasp of reality that they know the only way to fix washington is to burn it down like a canadian during the war of 1812. They pick trump because he pisses off the dc beltway and makes them piss themselves in fear.
