Senator Rand Paul said he must win in NH to have a chance. No looking good for the Senator. Governor Walker is looking good.

The Obama-boot-licking Media think Rand Paul and Jeb Bush would make great candidates, while Walker and Cruz are totally unsuitable.

Read into that what you will.

We won’t be hearing much of jeb anymore if he loses N.H. I’ll be happy when we don’t have to hear jeb anymore.

Yes, if Jeb Bush loses NH, it will be a body blow. However the money will carry him a long way.

I would like to see conservatives unite behind any one of Walker, Cruz, or even Rubio depending on who wins the most in the first few primaries.

Why do you say that? Governor Walker is leading in this NH poll!

I agree. Rubio was pretty solid except on amnesty. I believe he has been backing away from that.

The MEDIA want Jeb or Rand as the Republican candidate so they gush over them now, but then the second either gets the nomination, said media will swing into attack mode and destroy them mercilessly. We’ve seen this rope-a-dope before, and are sick of it.

Walker and Cruz are a refreshing change, in that they refuse to let themselves be pushed around. And it looks like NH Repubs appreciate that.

You cannot trust these politicians who are for amnesty, regardless of their positions on the other issues.

Yap, media is mainly pushing Bush. But this thread is about a poll by voters, not the media.

Amnesty in my book = allowing any law breaking immigrant to stay. All GOP candidates support keeping most illegals in the country. No one is for deporting all illegals.

If a new candidate appears on the scene who will deport all illegals by executive order as president, I will instantly switch my support to him or her.

What about the ones that would allow citizenship for illegals?

I can't help but think you wouldn't get much more than a blank stare from anyone who favors Jeb (or Hillary) if you asked them why.

-——No one is for deporting all illegals.———

Do you men like rounding them up and sending them back to their country of origin?

Why do such a wasteful and expensive exercise when the border is a slieve ?

Self deportation legislation is a much more effective way to handle the problem....

Probably Bush & Clinton are mainly scoring in polls because of name recognition.

How many voters are familiar with senator Cruz or Governor Walker on republican side? May be 20% nationwide.

How many voters are familiar with Gov O’Malley or Senator Webb on democrat side? may be 20% nationwide.

If you have read my previous posts, there is much cheaper and more effective method to self-deport 75% of illegals within one month.

Pass a law which imposes mandatory prison sentence from 1 to 5 years (depending on how many illegals employed) on the CEO of any business which employs illegals. You will be amazed how fast the migration will result.

The other 25% will also self-deport if a law prohibits welfare of any kind except life threatening medical help to illegals.

You’re right. This doesn’t bode well for Rand.

The money is going to find others to back.

Great numbers for Walker!

“....The NH1 News poll indicated a slight divide between registered Republicans and undeclared voters likely to take part in the GOP primary. Among Republicans only, Walker’s at 23.4%, Bush register’s at 17.3% and Paul’s at 13.5%.

But among independents, Paul tops the list at 21.2%, with Walker at 19.2%, Bush at 13.1% and Trump at 12.1%....

...The NH1 Pulse Poll was conducted April 8-9, with 1,064 registered Republicans or independents who lean towards the GOP, who said there were likely to vote in the 2016 New Hampshire Republican presidential primary, questioned by telephone. The survey’s sampling error was plus or minus three percentage points. The order of candidates listed on the questionnaire was rotated...”

Just in case everyone forgot, it’s still almost another year before they actually vote for anyone.
