Looking at the 2008 vs 2014 map, it looks like the greatest changes have been in the midwest and northeast. (plus the obvious loss of ground in the south)
c. Because most (negroes/blacks/African-Americans) don’t have the chance for education that it takes to rise out of poverty?

These two are probably true but c is the fault of the teacher’s unions and d is the fault of the welfare state, both promoted by libs.
I just don’t like faculty-lounge AA poofters who are white except for one black ancestor from a foreign country.
Black immigrants from other countries (other than Muslim “refugees”) don’t stay poor. Neither do many American blacks. Those who grow up steeped in the welfare/crime culture mostly do.
Show me a single country run by blacks that isn’t a basket case and then we’ll talk.
