I always wondered what happened to the guy in Casino who got his head put into the vice.
The GOP WANTS to lose.
We'll know in November if the liberal GOP managed to win any elections after declaring war on their base.

The GOPe is the largest recipient of Government Welfare and they loves it. No work. No responsibility for government. Alla they gotta do is make a sort of "Republican" noise every now and then, before ever so gracefully doing as Boehner and the Boys tell them to do on Behalf of the Democrats. Their real job? O, that's protecting the big contributors from those rascally federal agencies that ru(i)n the lives of the rest of us.
Then, they go back to their safely gerrymandered suburban seats (prior arrangement there) and make "conservative," or anti-conservative noises, depending upon to whom the RNC is dishing out the campaign swag.
This is light work for most excellent pay. And, it's permanent.
