Absent a real powerhouse figure, such as a former vice president or a mega political star like Democratic former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton,
Yeah, that really helped Ms Inevitable as she trekked toward her coronation in 2008 and became Madam President.
The same factions that derailed her then are working to derail her again, should she decide to run.

Ted Cruz: But the freshman senator may be too extreme for many and is disliked intensely by
Demonicrat, liberal, "progressive", and RINO traitors on both sides of the aisle.
There, that's more accurate!

Trey Gowdy has more spine and guts than all of them, IMO.

I do not see Ben Carson’s name on their list.

To say that Scott Walker “may be hurt by a lingering campaign scandal” is the height of ignorance to anyone paying the least bit of attention to what happened there. This guy may want to get a job application for Burger King.

"Trey Gowdy has more spine and guts than all of them, IMO." I like feisty Trey Gowdy, like his attitude, like his smarts, like the way he talks.
I love that he is from South Carolina's 4th district, whose very first congressman was Thomas Sumter -- the Carolina Game Cock.
But please, Jesus, don't tell anybody just yet.
Don't let them destroy him before he's even shown us what he can do.

I found nothing new there, nothing I didn’t already know when I offered my assessment.

Chris Christie . . . Jeb Bush . . . Rand Paul . . . Paul Ryan . . . Ted Cruz . . . Rick Perry . . . Marco Rubio of Florida . . . Scott Walker . . . Rick Santorum . . . Bobby Jindal Unacceptable RINOs: Christie, Bush, Rubio.
Good to great choices: Cruz, Walker, Palin.
Most of the other names under discussion are adequate. Even Rand Paul (or his father!) would be better than Christie, Rubio, or another Bush.

Turn it around with the one who has 10 years of elected office executive experience, is older, and without whom, in the words of the other one, he would not be in the United States Senate, and you might have a ticket there.
Although I think he would be better served—and have more power—as the Senate Majority Leader.

Rick Perry, the crony capitalist, Karl-Rove recruit from the Democrat party who has been “handled” from the beginning?
And who continues to be handled, only now by the likes of Steve Schmidt and Henry Barbour?
He’s the man, all right.
The Manchurian Candidate of the Establishment.
No thanks.

Do you really think his fellow GOP senators would vote him in as majority leader? Really?

At the mention of Rick Perry, I'm tempted to post a picture of Catwoman.
But I'll refrain.
Cheers!

Best place for Cruz would be SCOTUS.
