It's not too late...

Either Romney or Gingrich or can beat Obama if they do it right...
I think
Maybe Perry too I think.
If we lose to the commie next year not only do we let ourselves down but the whole country and the next generation.

This is just another fabricated hit piece from the commie-dominated lamestream media. US News & World Report has taken the place of Pravda as a purveyor of lies.

Democrats choose their candidate on the basis of who will be most effective at increasing the size and scope of government. Republicans try to pick somebody who will increase government the least. Either way we end up with bigger government. No wonder we are on the brink of total collapse.
To: BarnacleCenturion
There's also the likability factor. Voters tend to vote against candidates they don't view as likeaable.
Newt and Callista are not very likeable.

Newt and Callista are not very likeable. On his worst day, Newt comes across as more likeable than the utterly charmless, condescending, arrogant and cold Obama.

Please this woman’s political hyperbole and craziness finally caught up with her, if she’s the nominee you can guarantee 4 more year of Romper Room... won’t even be a general Election. She wouldn’t get over 44-45% of the vote on her best day.
There is a reason she’s a non starter.

Its been too late for Bachmann ever since the Gardasil comments.

Who is on the GOP side this time around?
None, really. Cain was, but that ship has sailed.

Given Perry’s repeated blunders in the debates, its clear he likely would lose the general. Newt and Romney, like it or not are the only 2 in this race with any real potential.
Perry could probably do the job, but won’t win the general. Newt and Romney I know can do the job, but probably not in the fashion I would fully agree with, but unlike the guy in the office now, could actual DO IT and not be steamrolled by it. And both can win the general election. No other person in the class of 2012 can meet that rather low bar.

So you are saying rush Limbaugh is a idiot, and mark steyn and mark lavin. How many people are in your radio audience?

Gingrich's support is "decimated" when voters are exposed to just one negative ad, said polling firm Evolving Strategies. Is Newt not capable of retorting such an ad??

Cain was a disaster waiting to happen, he had no chance in a general election.

This is clearly a statement about the GOP primary, not the general election, and Romney attacking Newt over health care is laughable... That’s a non starter, Romney not only advocated it, he pushed for it and signed it... so this is all silliness IMHO.
