Having my mother die and be cremated the end of this past year, I am sympathetic to the families involved. There is, however, that twisted part of me that hears Chevy Chase saying, "Your relative is still dead."

I have a good friend in Chickamauga, GA, about 10-15 miles from the location of the crematory...Dad apparently is Alzheimer's ridden, and would not be competent to stand trial...My friend also indicated both the dad and son were highly regarded in the community, until the end of last week...

I remember a scene from a movie where the cops busted a drug dealer at a mausoleum. The perp had an urn. The cop reached inside and pulled out a bag of white powder, stuck his finger in it and licked it.
