I think you are seriously confused.. Please show me where John Ashcroft supports "More Government" That is precisely what he OPPOSES!!...

We are at war, we much give our leaders the means to fight this war without being restricted by a beauracracy that prevents our nations leaders from accomplishing their CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY, in a manner consistent with the CONSTITUTION..

We believe the creation of any special oversight committee to monitor the Justice Department is not necessary, because the Justice Department is proceeding in a lawful and constitutional manner.

There are groups like the ACLU and People for the American Way that are trying to undermine the Attorney General's efforts -- groups that object to Constitutional laws designed to protect all Americans.

I would support doing BOTH where appropriate... But I don't see the correlation with this issue...

We MUST support our nations leaders so long as they are acting in accordance with the CONSTITUTION.. if NOT we must get rid of them quickly.. so I guess you have to decide for yourself whether our Attorney General should be supported or removed from office..

The first and most important function of our federal government is to protect the United States of America and their people from invasion and attack by our enemies.

This is why I fully support John Ashcroft in all his efforts to do this.

Petition signed and passed along to my fellow patriots!

Thank you for posting this, david. Bump!

Good Points.

Ashcroft has a history from Mo. that most want forgotten. A D.O.T. that ran $15 Billion out of control being one item. Don't forget that's at the State Level too. Most of that was political paybacks via highways to runaway mob influence in St. Louis and K.C.
