How about saying we'll spend billions in Afghanistant to SHOW the people in that part of the world what we are REALLY like? Maybe -- just maybe we can undo all the nasty things being said about us by liars and murderers and terrorists out for nothing except their own good.

What is your point? Are you claiming that Muslims are commies, you are certainly wrong. The Koran was written by a merchant who actually endorsed private property and the legitimacy of profit. If you are claiming that most Muslims favor Bin Laden, that is also nonsense. With a few exceptions, every Muslim country has condemned him.

Finally, if you can take a short break from gleefully tarring all Muslims with the same brush and treating them all as demons, what is *your* alternative? Kill their leaders and put the rest in thought reform camps. Some of us chose a more constructive approach.

Good post but we are probably going to have to endure a period of superGlobaloney speeches like the one Clinton gave at Georgetown (much criticized on the silly basis of his comments about slavery). Cheney, Ridge and Ashcroft have all said there will be more 9/11 type attacks so I have to believe they will happen, God forbid, but they will happen. We're not there yet but there will come a point when the American public REALLY engages and demands their government focus on our safety above all.

I don't see what we got for the war in Afghanistan except a big liability to spend billions over there, really.

No what I'm saying, since you obviously missed the point in your push to further and promote a Satan spawned parady of Christianity, is that just because they have outwardly similiar ideas on a few issues, the two are extremely different at the core. Just because Christianity, Islam, National Socialism and Soviet Revolutionism all espouse a strong education or moral conservatism, doesn't make them equal or similar or even standing for the same true values. In the end, there is a reason why the European cultures are called Judeo-Christian and not Islamo-Christian...now lets see if you are bright enough to figure out why.

No, baptise them twice, since under Islam, Apostal are given the choice of reconverting or dieing the first time and can only be killed the second time they leave. My understanding is that non-Moslems are not allowed in Mosques. I may be wrong in the general sense, but I am sure that there are certain areas of the world where this is true.

I am sure that the DoD decided that it was the best approach either way. This is surely an excellent PR move by the US.

I appluad it. I am a Christian andf naturally have offense with Islam, but others have the right to choose if they want to serve Jesus, or attempt another route to salvation.

I ahve witnessed to Jews and Muslims. I led one Jew to Jesus ( a former supervisor), and planted seeds with a Muslim ( he owns a local convemience store). The Muslim wound up attending my church a few years later. It seemed apparent that he had become a Christian based on the way that he responded to the message and during the praise and worship that first time I saw him that he'd already accepted Jesus.

I think that I planted, and amother one sowed.
