Lord, YOU KNOW what this child needs. Your Word declares by your stripes we WERE healed. Please manifest that wholeness in this child's body for your Glory, Lord.
Lord, please lead strong believers in that area to the parents to pray with them and perhaps to even pray as a group at the hospital. Let all the efforts of the enemy in this situation come to naught. Any delay or hindrance or retaliation against prayers of folk who Love you, Lord, let such efforts of the enemy fall back on him and his camp 100 fold. And for every effort of the enemy in this situation, may 100 additional believers pray earnestly for this child and may 100 similarly attacked babies be freed, released and made whole, in Jesus' Name.
Captain, you might consdier contacting a Vineyard church nearby and asking for their prayer support. . . and all the elderly ladies who are prayer warriors in your area. There are also a lot of prayer req sites on the web.

But, I humbly thank everybody from all over the country- far and wide who are praying for our Danny and our family.
A little update from earlier: As per the doctors, the intitial results on the spinal tap is negative- which is a good sign, as have many of the tests shown to date.
Also, Danny has taken well to feeding to the bottle several times late today, first water and sugar, and now on to milk. This was a big thing today, I think and we are hopeful. He seems to be coming along on that end and we hope to see more improvement in leg and arm movements.
He is a very alert baby and knows and loves when his mommy an daddy are around him (as some have noted, we will likely get big sister in soon as we know this is important).
The hour is late, but I just wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart and ask -which I know will happen- for the prayers to keep coming. I know He hears them and like someone noted earlier, my fellow Freepers really are an "extended family" and I love you for it. I'll keep you posted.
I read your response on my own prayer request thread and now fully realize the meaning of your comment, November 19th. God has blessed both of us on the same day, and presented us, as you indicated, with different challenges.
Heavenly Father, in whom all things are possible, I ask that You place Your healing hand on Daniel and his family. Grant Daniel strength and vitality, so that he can recognize the joy of his parent's love and be a source of pleasure in their lives, grant his family patience and strength as You bring him to full healing, grant his doctors wisdom as You guide their discovery, and bless all with peace as you complete the process. Holy Lord, Almighty God, through the power of Your Grace let Daniel's eyes be filled with sparkle, his limbs with activity, and place a hunger in his heart for all the beauties of Your Creation. I pray Daniel's eyes light with recognition of the love his family so eagerly feels for him, and that he grows to be a truly blessed son who fills his parents' days with laughter and joy. Restore him completely, Lord, so that he may be a faithful servant and a testament to Your Loving Mercy all of his life. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Luke 6:19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.
Luke 8:46 And Jesus said, Somebody has touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
I pray that your (and our) prayers will "touch" Jesus so that His healing virtue must (!) flow out of Him.
