After the shock of Obamas butt whipping by Romney wears off a bit, I think the left-tards will circle their wagons and go into a full attack mode. The media spin machine will do everything they can to protect their failed Obama. They are capable of anything. Nothing they do will surprise me. I expect they will continue their quest to drive the left-tards to a frenzy and we will soon hear some truly scary stuff coming from some of the kook fringe if their failed master is defeated. I really hope I'm wrong.
The only way to escalate now is to riot.
So they are going to act like normal?
Obama basically flushed the Romney narrative and three months of $200 million of attacks ads down the pan last night. The theme Obama has been pushing for a while went up like a megaton nuke bomb.
They know Obama got schooled because they have protected him from the hard questions. I happen to think the liberal media will be hard on Obama so he doesn’t have a repeat of last nite. What they don’t get is Romney is just that good!!! It was AWESOME to watch!
This is why the Republicans need to come out with both barrels at the MSM, to let them know that they will be punished, not for their bias as such, but for blocking out anyone who objectively reports the news.
The only effective threat the Republicans can make to the media is to restore the FCC’s Broadcast Ownership Rules of 1975.
“FCC rules banned cross-ownership by a single entity of a daily newspaper and television or radio broadcast station operating in the same local market.”
However, congress could update and expand on this to include the Internet, book and magazine publishing, movies and theaters, etc. Importantly, they could do so only if the entity owned a broadcast system, so was under the jurisdiction of the FCC. They should especially include network providers.
In effect, this would bust up the “big six” media companies in the US: NBCUniversal (Comcast /GE), The Walt Disney Company, News Corporation, Time Warner, Viacom, and CBS Corporation.
In effect, breaking up their oligopoly like the feds broke up AT&T.
Importantly, this would avoid regulation of the Internet directly, unless a broadcaster owned FCC regulated broadcast facilities. Then their Internet use could also be addressed.
But the Republicans need to send this message to the MSM now, telling them that their grotesque corruption of the political process was over.
I think this is what will happen next:
-A wag-the-dog bombing of an aspirin factory in Libya to try and generate a “rally around the CIC” effect is all but assured.
-Obama is going to make a major speech on a university campus, proposing that we forgive all outstanding student loan balances (in the name of “jump starting the economy”)
-He will openly embrace the use of Eminent Domain and enforced cramdowns to get people out of underwater mortgages.
-Eric Holder is going to formally indict some Wall Street bankers for something to throw some red meat to the crowd.
-Romney’s tax returns, by hook, crook or otherwise, are going to mysteriously turn up in the New York Times.
-Obama will, as a very last resort and under sheer duress and panic, finally make some steps towards triangulation.
This may involve making racially conciliatory remarks, backing down from his birth control confrontation with the Catholic Church, or similar.
I expect a total lie to be dropped on the public in a couple of weeks. An unnamed source will be quoted about some off the wall accusation of something Romney did while in France. It will be absurd, totally indefensible and totally untrue. But Romney will have to address it and it will probably cost him votes, i.e. the drunk driving report on W in 2000.
I am expecting Biden to dress up as Big Bird and campaign for the kindergarten vote!
7:20 AM here on the West Coast and the leftist media is already in full attack mode desperately attempting to prop up the Hinndenberg that the entire country watched go down in flames last night.
I haven’t seen a sitting President get so thoroughly destroyed in a Presidential debate since Reagan vs. Carter.
Obama was saying “no mas” 10 minutes or so into the debate when he begged Bill Moyer to move onto the next subject.

I am expecting the MSM to call Romney Satan, anyways, it would entertain me if they tried to throw mention of angels and demons just to try and protect dear leader, just to show how pathetic they are. Obama is so far unprepared for debate he’s flunking it, he simply let the media pull propaganda out of their collective cesspools for him, and he’s reaping the results!

With the next debate focusing on foreign policy, Obama could score some real points right now by dismissing Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State.
