I saw Laura once during the 2004 campaign, and she is just as lovely in person as she is on camera.......but more petite.

Have you read Ron Kessler's biography of her, Samwise? She's just a wonderful, gracious person, and always has been.

A gift to this country, for sure.

My husband and I concluded that even liberals couldn't have thought that Colbert routine was funny.
