Okay young lady, ever since I started Googling, you've complained that, "I don't need you anymore". SO!! According to Valin's list, today in the world is the Holiday:

World : Hoodie Hoo Day

I will not Google this until YOU answer the question . . . What in the hell is Hoodie Hoo Day? ;^)

Northern Hemisphere Hoodie-Hoo Day

When : Always on February 20

On this winter day, people go out at noon, wave their hands over their heads and chant "Hoodie-Hoo".

It is a day to chase away winter and bring in spring. After all, everyone in the northern hemisphere are sick and tired of winter at this point and a little crazy being cooped up inside all winter and not seeing the sun.

Did you know? Hoodie Hoo day is a copyrighted holiday. It was created and is provided, courtesy of the great folks at Wellcat.com

I thought EVERYONE knew that.

At anyrate Hoodie Hoo Hoodie Hoo Hoodie Hoo

It is a day to chase away winter and bring in spring.

Will it work for endless Pacific rain storms? We get anymore rainfall and California will brake off and slide into the Pacific!

HEY, stop cheering! ;^)

ROTFLOL. I see Valin has stepped in and answered the question.

I'm late to the table again and missed all the fun.

Hoodie Hoo Day, darn it. No wonder I've had no luck in years past chasing away winter. I thought it was Hoodie Doo Day. Now I have to wait until next February 20th to get it right! Hoodie Hoo, Hoodie Hoo!

Good overview of the arrow as a weapon.

I didn't realize some arrows were 2 1/2 or more feet long before I read this. No wonder you heard of 1 arrow killing 3 buffalo!

Thanks for stopping in and sharing with us today.

LOL. I remember that woman. I saw her on tv when I lived in California. Was she only on in California or was she nationwide?

AYe lassie, I have gotten a lot of rest this weekend as both Mrs alfa6 and I have been battling the creeping crud.

I think we have gotten over the worst of it but won't know for sure till tomorrow.

As a side note, I probably get more rest when I am on nights than when I am on days. The differnce is that you can function easier on days than nites. I know it is kinda of confusing.

Regards

alfa6 ;>}

Oh yuck. Get a giant jug of Orange Juice and chug it. It's been a bad winter for the cooties, so many of us have been sick. Hope you and the Mrs. are all better soon.
