On January 2, David W. Eckert was stopped by police in Deming, NM for running a stop sign.
What happened next is extremely difficult to comprehend.
Deming Police Officer Robert Chavez had Eckert exit his vehicle, and patted him down. A lawsuit filed by Eckert says this was “without reasonable suspicion.” According to court documents, the officers who stopped Eckert thought he was “clenching his buttocks.”
They brought in a dog to sniff for drugs, and the dog “alerted” to the driver’s seat.
Two deputies from the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Department told Chavez that Eckert was known to insert drugs into his body, a claim Eckert denies.
The Albuquerque Journal reports, “Though he was not under arrest during the January incident, Eckert was placed in handcuffs and taken to the Deming Police Department… officers obtained a warrant to search Eckert’s car and his body, including his anal cavity.”
Eckert was taken to the Mimbres Memorial Hospital, but the emergency room doctor at Mimbres Memorial Hospital in Deming refused to conduct the cavity search on ethical grounds, so he was transported an hour away to the Gila Regional Medical Center.
He was then submitted to eight invasive procedures, and protested each one insisting he was not hiding drugs.

After 15 hours and eight non-consensual procedures (six of which border on rape), Eckert was released without charge. To add insult to injury, Gila Regional Medical Center billed Eckert approximately $6,000 for the procedures that he did not want, and to which he did not consent.

The thugs with badges ought to be forced to pay restitution with their entire pensions and banned from any law enforcement employment, even from being a security guard. Evne that would only begin to correct the injustice to a man who was never charged with any crime.

This started before anyone had even heard of Obumbo.
Before leaving the USSA (2005) I noticed that cops, even in small bedroom suburban towns, were morphing into jack-booted thugs. The “good old boy” on the beat is a thing of the past.
I’ll check it out on Kindle. But I know some LEOs and they would be as appalled as we are hearing of this incident. It just seems these incidents have increased exponentially over the last few years, the ‘broken window syndrome’/disrespect for law breeds disrespect, and so forth.

I’ve yet to hear whether or not there have been criminal charges filed against the cops. Who is the DA? Besides being sued penniless, these cops belong in prison where they can experience getting raped.
The stop sign he “ran” was in a Walmart parking lot, so it could not even be legally enforced by the doughnut-muncher.
We’re seeing bad behavior on the rise exponentially in all walks of life. The fallible men who comprise the nation’s police departments are just as affected by the rise of postmodernism as the rest of us. I guess we really shouldn’t be surprised.
Yeah, I've noticed all the LEOs who have publicly spoken out against this. The number must be in the thousands... (/s)
This story is kinda stale by now. It was covered by the Blaze, WND and some other cutting edge newsies about a month or so ago.
But hey! Better late to the party than NEVER!
You have to see this in the context of Luna County. The dirty cops keep the dirtier cops in line with threats of mutual disclosure blackmail, and the FBI and US attorneys use them all as their stooges, court perjurers and wet-work specialists.
This is where the Reese family learned about the new justice system el el Nueveo Mexico de Aztlan.

um... the cop got a search warrant from a judge. If you want to blame anyone, blame the judge.
The LAST thing that cop would have to worry about is a lawsuit....if I were the victim.
He needs to sue Gila Regional for a million bucks at least
