Chapter divisions were added to the Bible no earlier than the 13th century A.D. The Jewish Tanakh, as originally written and compiled, contained no such divisions. So I’m not sure why this guy would find any particular significance in the “chapter 12s” that are found in today’s English-language OT.

When Israel is observing Passover today, the sun is traveling through the Zodiac sign of the 2 Fish..

When Israel is observing Tabernacles today. the sun is traveling through the Zodiac sign of the Woman.

A few thousand years ago, the Passover sign was the Zodiac sign Ram.

At the same time, the Tabernacles signs was the Zodiac sign Scales/Balance.

Whether one wants to admit it or not, those are very biblically themed signs timed to His Appointments.

In the future, the Passover sign will change from the 2 Fish (as in the New Covenant theme of feeding the multitudes and Fishers of Men) to the Zodiac sign of the ‘Man Carrying a Pitcher/Jar of Water.

See Mark and Luke for that description on a Man carrying a pitcher of water at Passover.. (Not in Mathew, btw or John, only in Mark and Luke)

When the sign of the Man carrying a jar of water is above our heads at Passover, the sign in the Fall will change...

It will change from the Woman (who gets clothed with the sun and the moon ends up under her feet, another New Testament reference) to the Lion.

The Lion from the Tribe of Judah..

Amazing how the Old Testament themes of a Ram and scale were replaced with the New Covenant themes of 2 Fish and a Woman at His appointments.

And will change again, to even more New Testament themes..

Almost like He’s been giving a witness to the entire world, using the pagan Zodiac’s/Mazzaroth interpretations , of His Gospel plan since Creation..

And the key is in His Word, even and especially in the New Testament, to give witness of where the world is on His Plan.

Just need to be wise enough to know when (His Appointments) and where to look (His Creation and His Word)

Zodiac, Mazzaroth, whatever one wants to give to describe the lights in the firmament that people described as objects, the bible actually isn’t silent on those lights.

They are created and there for signs,seasons(Hebrew word meaning appointments), days, years.

There may be many more clues in the bible that may appear obscure at one level, yet able to give a witness to the Creator and His Sovereignty and Plan, and ultimately for His Glory...

The zodiac Aquarius is pagan, yet in His Plan, it’s a Man carrying a pitcher/jar of water that will eventually be above the inhabitants of Earth’s heads (especially Israel) at Passover.

And that isn’t found in a pagan document. That’s found in the New Testament, coupled with an elementary understanding of His Creation.

I saw this in the post article, re 1290 and 1335:

The end time of Jacob’s Trouble will start when the evil abomination of desolation occurs in the Temple of Jerusalem (as described in Daniel’s earlier prophecy contained in Daniel 9:27) and will end 1290 days later.

Jesus then tells Daniel, “Blessed is he that waits and comes to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days” (Daniel 12:12). No explanation is given for what will occur on this 45th day after the 1290 days have expired, only that those who experience it will be blessed. When I started numbering my days, I saw a reverse engineering way to get to a 1260,1290,and 1335 using appointments in scripture.

I saw 1260 as a Feast of Weeks (102 days, not 50 after Passover) testimony. It would be the 29th of His 4th month ( a summer month)- btw, neither Judaism or Christianity count like this but the bible can prove this counting works (a 2nd set of 50 days)

30 days later, the 1st day of His 6th month, which is The New Moon Day. (Anniversary of the Birth of Messiah)= a 1290..

40 days later, the Day of Atonement (1290+40) day that commemorates obviously the Day of Atonement, but also the Day He was presented in the temple 40 days after His birth AND the Day He began His ministry after being baptized and sent out into the wilderness for the same 40 days as Mary had to wait till they could present Him in the temple..

1260+30 (1,290) Birth day of Messiah and 40 days before Atonement and 45 days before Tabernacles...

1290+40(1,330)- Day of Atonement 10th of 7th month.

1330+5 (1,335) 15th Day of the 7th month- Feast of Tabernacles...

The 1260 would be approximately 3 1/2 years but what’s interesting is there is a different count for 3 1/2 years as time is currently calculated with the sun and the moon
Every third year, there’s an extra month so instead of 354, it’s 384..
And 1,260 is only a 3.5 with 360 days, so it’s interesting to think that maybe there is a time where 360 becomes the standard.. or 1260 is symbolically 3.5 years..

Actually it is a 19 year cycle (metonic cycle). There are 12 short years and 7 long years. There’s that 12 again. Add a 7 to the mix. Design or coincidence?

I haven’t gotten to a 19th year yet counting like this to experience that yet, but looking forward to it..

A 13th month doesn’t make a lot of sense to us but looking at it as a 1+12, that’s Divinely Providential..

Sort of the way I look at the 13 Colonies now. really a 1 and 12.. Him and His 12.
His Divine design..

But I admit that it would be quite the scene to have it all return to a 360 day cycle as in Noah’s time.
No more 13th month.
Just 12 months of 30 days each.

With the pattern unchanged every month that really would follow the pattern in Revelation of the Throne where the First and Last sits,24 elders, 4 Beasts, and the Lamb in the middle, commemorated every month..

The solar and lunar cycles are the same today as they were in the beginning as far as I know. They have always had to adjust to keep the seasons correct. A 360 day year won’t work.

150 days is ‘different’ today on the calendar, but back at some point at least at the time of the flood, it meant a complete 5 months.

Some scientist may be able to make sense of it. I just figured the flood had an effect on time because it’s the only thing that made sense..

A full 30 day cycle would ensure that if one saw a half moon back then, they knew that half the month was over and half to go..
Because of Noah’s flood record of days, etc, I couldn’t make a 354 or 384 fit. It fit with a 360, though..

The premise I went with was if a world wide/universal event could cause a change from 360 to 354/384 and 365, then an event could change it back.

Just another way I saw ‘as in the Days of Noah’.

Plus it fit the Revelation pattern of Throne +24 elders+4 Beasts, which is 29, but with the First And Last on the Throne, its total is 30..

I think it is possible that the days were shorter or longer before the flood. Perhaps the months or the years were different also. We are not told. They could have rounded off the months to 30 days. The lunar cycle is 29.5 days which is the easiest one to measure, just look for the new moon.

We use God’s celestial clock to measure our days, months, and years. We know to the second when the equinoxes and the solstices occur because it is predictable. Would God change that? If you use 360 days for a year without making adjustments, you would reverse summer and winter in just 36 years.

Who kept track of the years before the flood?
