Uh I was addressing each issue as it came thru the thread; but yeah, I picked up on it...
Question is, what are YOU saying about it...I can’t tell if you are supporting or opposing Zondervan’s position...
Our Heritage and Faith Holy Bible for African-American Teens in the New International Version helps teens understand their heritage and enables them to identify and interact with Scripture. Focusing on the traditions of the African-American church, the 106 pages of articles and essays help teens come to know the roots of their lives, their forms of worship, and their faith in God. Photos and illustrations are included on tip-in pages to enhance the teen’s experience of learning about their heritage.

I did not find any reference to this as a "controversial" edition of the Bible.
Kind of disturbing to see a Bible publisher go woke...
The Bible is OFFENSIVE to Muslims PERIOD, FULL STOP. So wokey Zondervan should stop publishing them.
I have a Bible that has a copy of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution at the back. I haven’t died yet.
For a plain simple bible try these without all the “bells and whistles” to make sales. These are extremely high quality bibles.

Stay away from their Hymns Old and New as they are printed for a highly legalistic denomination.
