Nigeria Facing ‘Systematic, Planned, Calculated’ Genocide of Christians
Crux ^ | 6/29/20 | Charles Collins

President Donald Trump should appoint a special envoy for Nigeria and the Lake Chad region to “focus like a laser beam” on the attacks by Boko Haram and other Islamic militants, according to one of the main architects of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998.

Former Congressman Frank Wolf said such a move was necessary to stop a genocide of Christians in the region.

Wolf was speaking to journalists during a press call on the situation in Nigeria sponsored by In Defense of Christians, a Washington D.C. human rights group.

Nigeria has had over 50,000 people killed since 2009 due to the Boko Haram insurgency, which has also displaced over 2 million people. More recently, the Islamic State in West Africa Province, which broke away from Boko Haram in 2016, has increased activity in the region.

In the country’s “Middle Belt” – where the Muslim North meets the Christian South – Muslim Fulani bands have killed thousands of Christians.

During the call, Anglican Archbishop Benjamin Argak Kwashi of Jos described the attacks on Christians in the country.

“This thing is systematic; it is planned; it is calculated,” he said.

The archbishop said Boko Haram has almost succeeded in uprooting the Christian community in northeastern Nigeria, and added it is “very clear that their intention is to Islamize Nigeria.”

Been happening for years. Millennia quite frankly.

What to do?

Do you want to save all the oppressed Christians in Egypt? They actually have a decent President right now, but even under this guy who is by far better than what they had before, it’s still bad to be Christian in Egypt. What about Lebanon? What about Sudan?

Christians are oppressed and abused everywhere where Islam raises it’s ugly head. The problem is far greater than Nigeria.

Actually not by history standard it is quite new. Christianity brought about the destruction of many pagan gods, all by the hand of satan and his pagan minions in crucifying Christ.

The result is the development of Islam where Mohammed promised protection harem for the pagan gods, claiming he converted all the Djinns to Allah. Kind of ironic that the satan messing up mislead pagan gods would then offer them protection from Christians...

Anyways, on another front, people without pagan gods became what is known today as “atheists”. There is no such thing as atheists, just people orphaned of their gods by the cataclysm at the cross. Proof is the Chinese and the French worship different cultures and do not get along as atheists.

So there is an activity by islam to use violence in order to take vengeance on Christ and on the truth, one unironically allied with angry “atheists” whose gods are ignored and now pound through their unconsciousness for blood irrationally

True but is particularly egregious in Nigeria.

Hell, everyone who isn’t a Muslim is oppressed wherever Muslims are in control. Their MO is to conquer, forced conversion, replace the local language with Arabic because they insist that you read the queeran in Arabic, and erase the local culture.

Someone please tell me why the Christians don’t have firearms or are incapable of defending themselves.

This Pope by decrying the sale and use of arms which Christian’s could use to defend themselves or warn the faithful not to proselytize or be “fundamental” to discourage conversions. are used by Islamists because they appear to support Islam’s mono theistic claims which is the way Islamists interpret the Pope’s remarks. Seemingly supported by Francis’s refusal to condemn or refute when those theological Islamic claims authorizing murder, deceit and deceptions are used while committing atrocities becomes the unintended result..It’s my belief Pope Francis by his continuing social engineering pontificating and attempts to equalize the mono theistic claims that Islam honors the same Judeo Christian deity. Is only encouraging the continuing attacks and murders of African Catholics as well as attacks elsewhere by Islamic followers.

I don’t see the point of even caring anymore.

Saudi Arabia is our best buddy in the Middle East, a nation where almost all 9-11 hijackers came from, who dismembered Khashoggi alive, where many of the Sunni financiers of international terrorism sit, and who spreads the Wahhabi movement by financing madrases all over the world...

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-45812399 (A US resident and working as a US journalist)

In the far East our biggest trading partner is atheist China, where they oppress Christians, had forced abortions... That is also where near all the Christian goods sold in US Christian stores are made. In an atheist country! LOL

Sorry to be so down/bleak, but IMHO, the US is itself part of the problem. Multiculturalism, diversity, inclusion, open mindedness are all terms that support what really amounts to “GREED!” We only have one God in America, money. We want cheap labor, cheap resources, and we don’t care if your name is Marcos, Noriega, or Osama, if you can make us a buck or you are the enemy of our enemy, then you are our friend, until of course you bite us in the ass eventually. We have no principals, we have no friends, we cannot be trusted/depended upon.

You will find many principled and good Americans (individuals), but as a nation collectively we believe only in money and what serves our political interests at that moment.

Obama was right, we are not a Christian nation. We are about making money and political deals and that has led us to where we are today, protecting poppy fields in Afghanistan so we can be buddies with the right group, backing a despot in Saudi Arabia, doing trade with atheist commies in China and holding our eyes and ears shut so we can continue making money even as tanks roll over pro democracy protesters on Tienanmen square in 1989...

If you can make what is happening in Nigeria into a political debate, if the news picks up on this and opposition politics starts grabbing the issue (especially in an election year), expect us to do something. If not, we will sit and watch as 750,000 Rwandan’s get chopped up in broad daylight with machetes including acts like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ntarama_Genocide_Memorial_Centre

Sad part is while Saudi Arabia has gotten rid of its worst of terrorists, the whahabs rejecting the takfiri mob, the west has been welcoming them in universities as sorts of refugees. This is absolutely nuts and got so bad that there is a muslim in London who is saying that one day these takfiri will attempt to take over Saudi Arabia or Tunisia, using bases from western universities, and Saudis will be the ones building coalitions to bomb us for hosting terrorists the way the “NWO” legitimized itself that way for going after the Talebans. We saw how the liberals quietly praised the globalist nature of the IsIS kalifate and before that the mandatory school system of Al Qaeda...

As for money grubbing “Americans”, it is true. George Washington was very upset back then already how we let in German economy migrants when he only wanted genuine freedom loving persecuted allies, and he called them ignorant and uneducated. Tocqueville also warned that an American middle class so obsessed about money and personal amenities would not be interested in this idea of the democratic Republic and end up favoring a state central management of economic affairs allowing them to make more money instead.

Democracy and money end up destroying true freedom and wealth, unless you have a principled/moral society.

“A middle class obsessed about money.”

Do you believe most of the immigrants coming to the US have any concern for democracy, the Bill of Rights, how our Constitution defines the government should operate?

Our success has led for millions of people coming here because they want a big car, big house, swimming pool, big TV, and go shopping. Give them an order to put people on a train to Auschwitz, and they will do it in a second if that makes them get a leg up on getting their next bigger car.

Our success has caused us to lose who we are. We today are a country of people willing to trade freedom for a little bit of temporary security. We have violated/abridged every one of the Bill of Rights. Today we pride ourselves with gay rainbows while we tear down statues of Christopher Columbus or crosses in public parks. We talk about inclusion and tolerance which of course only means to shut up if you hold an idea contrary to what the angry mob wants. Politicians buy voters as a matter of routine today - I am surprised Biden hasn’t promised a free something to someone yet.

“When the people find that they can vote themselves money that will herald the end of the republic.” - Benjamin Franklin

Who are we, what do we represent today?

The only common denominator is greed.

Indeed, capitalism on its own is meaningless. It only is a positive byproduct of freedom and equal application of the law. Capitalism does not rule anything, it only benefits from good governance.
