No I didn’t mean it that Catholics are that way..just the priests and other leadership in the church. I still pray Catholic, just do not give any money any more to the church.

The pedophile ordeal really made me think, it was hard for me to see them get off and forgiven. Yes I know you are supposed to forgive...but it still bothers me. Cardinal Mahoney is still a Cardinal. He knew the one priest for at least 10 years was asaulting boys. That priest finally is in prison. That priest I forget his name came to Mahoney and told him, what did Mahoney do? Send him elsewhere.

That priest molested boys for more years. Mahoney should have been striped of his title and tossed out of the church for that. Yet nothing happened. I think he is still in Los Angeles. So that is why I say it is full of pedophiles and this new Pope is spouting daily the globalist cause.

He should only do what a Pope is supposed to do. Because of his spouting exactly what soros wants I say he is NWO.

I hope this makes sense.

Roger Mahony was never really held to account for his years and years of paying off, covering up, and enabling sexual abuse in L.A.

Yes, he's still a cardinal-- in brocades, not the sackcloth that would better suit him -- although his successor, Jose Gomez, supposedly removed his 'faculties' to function as a bishop; but hell, he even voted in the 2013 conclave the elected Pope Francis. Besides, he's lost nothing substantive: he's 82 I believe, well past the age where he'd be called on to function much at all. He's living at ease. No one perturbs him.

How can a believing Catholic react? How about withering scorn, how about blinding rage? How about sorrow, disgust, a revolt of the stomach, a revolt down to the marrow of your bones!

I don't know why good priests --- and I can name a good many of them --- get sacked, marginalized, "rusticated" in some unremarked exile, while a son of Sodom like Mahony sails on into his dotage shielded and unscathed.

If you've been following the daily readings for Mass, you'll have noticed that for a couple of weeks it's been all prophetic thunder --- Isaiah, Micah, Amos --- prophesying that God's Chosen People will be smashed for their infidelity.

Nothing new. We try to live the truth we were taught. We mourn for the youths whose young manhood was slimed, we cry for corrupt old men who will not cry. We await God's justice, knowing it will come.

That was a quote from PGR88, I was merely commenting on the tendency of organizations dealing with children (churches, schools, scouts, etc.) to become infected with pedophiles.

Apparently, since there exists sufficient power to protect themselves, so do governments.
