The USA is the only country in the world with anything like the 1st Amendment.
The rest of the world pretends to have freedom of speech but really doesn’t. The UK has become hostile to the point of jailing those who do not toe the Party Line with their on version of the Ministry Of Truth.
But we are on the precipice of losing what little free speech we have been able to retain.
We may have a First Amendment, but we also have a political censoring machine that would make Goebbels green with envy. Few people and businesses can recover from their onslaughts.
