LOL Even if your breath is bad He does.

Yabut He might discretely slip me a traveller's-size bottle of Listerine.

Most of the company will be gone with the truck drivers. No more schedulers, HR, payroll or finance. There might be a maintenance guy and a manager.

> In short, minimal or unskilled jobs will disappear. Education will be everything or you are nothing.
It is foolhardy to think you will be able to outrun it for very long. The purpose of this technology is to substitute for tasks that required human thought and judgment, and it will advance up the skill ladder to anything that still involves paying humans. Every job that involves doing something is up for grabs.

“90% of today’s global population doesn’t have Smart Phones, but soon they will.”

I don’t under what rock you got that fake stat from, but today over 60% of the worldwide population has a smartphone in their hand.

“A primary School student of the 1900s was better educated than a non STEM college graduate of today. That is reality.”

I’d go as far as to say they are better educated than 75% of STEM degreed individuals. So many have ‘C’ averages just to get passed though.

Very few people have the ability to make the choice of which life style they will live. It is a lucky individual that grows up sufficiently outside of their surrounding culture's indoctrination to see that they actually do have of choice of how they will live their life.

"There will be many Amish-like communities popping up in the future, and these are the people that will inherit the Earth."

Unfortunately, the Amish family is only able to provide for themselves with little more than a piece of land and some basic technology because they currently are ignored by the larger society's taxes and regulations. That doesn't happen in many countries other ours - and I doubt that that situation will continue for much longer.

Search for ‘Amish population explosion’. One of the few faiths to still officially ban birth control within marriage. They actually follow that teaching.

If it comes down to where only those who are self sufficient will be able to survive like the Amish and true preppers; I hope they are well armed and trained in how to protect themselves from the marauding gangs that will be roaming around to take what they want without regard for human life.

There are hundreds of millions living in cities who will get desperate for food and water. They will branch out looking for it. Desperate people do crazy things. Again; being well armed and prepared will make all the difference between living and dying at their hands.

Their plan for survival isn’t to prepare; it’s to take from those who did. That applies to people in smaller towns as well.

So instead of supporting people by buying what they produce (trade), the government will tax the money from us and give it to people who have produced nothing to exchange. I don't think that's going to work very well.

Well, then there is this:
Nothing had been so hateful in the sight of these mobs as the man of learning, at first because they had served the princes, but then later because they refused to join in the bloodletting and tried to oppose the mobs, calling the crowds "bloodthirsty simpletons."

Joyfully the mobs accepted the name, took up the cry: Simpletons! Yes, yes! I'm a simpleton! Are you a simpleton? We'll build a town and we'll name it Simple Town, because by then all the smart bastards that caused all this, they'll be dead! Simpletons! Let's go! This ought to show 'em! Anybody here not a simpleton? Get the bastard, if there is!

Love, Brother Francis

technological progress is necessary for rising productivity of labor, which is necessary for rising average real wage rates, which is necessary for a rising standard of living for the average worker.

That doesn't help the USA in any way IF THE FACTORY HAS BEEN OFF-SHORED TO MEXICO AND CHINA.

We’ll be letting Mexican AI slip into the country to do the jobs American AI just won’t do.

Isn’t there some scuttlebutt out there about the head of the U.S. Patent Office around the turn of the 20th Century saying something to the effect that just about every conceivable thing had been invented and the Office wasn’t likely to do much business in the new century?

Seems like the same aria sung against a backdrop of modern electronic instruments.

Beyond that, there’s this:
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
— Matt. 24:14

cf. https://legacy.joshuaproject.net/joshua-project.php

There presently remain just over 2,042 distinct people groups on Earth numbering 10,000 or more that are utterly unreached by the gospel.
