Film Review: Paul, Apostle Of Christ

I didn’t say he rebuked Peter one time. I said he rebuked Peter

Metmon said that Peter preached to the gentiles one time, i said that was false.

At the council in Jerusalem Peter got up and reminded the whole Crowed that God had chosen him to preach to the gentiles.

Paul was present at that gathering, in fact he was one of the reasons for the council but later on he told in his letter that he was chosen to preach to the gentiles and that Peter was to preach to the Jews.

As far as Paul rebuking Peter, it could have happened but there is no record as there should have been since luke was surely with them at that incident.

John 5:31
If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.

John 8:14
Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.

The point is that even if some ones witness of themselves is true no on one can be expected to take them at their word only and that is all we have concerning Paul.

Peter never said one word against Paul except that he was hard to understand for those who were willingly ignorant,
I believe that is because he knew Pauls negative inclinations along with his positive ones and excepted him any way because he was a believer and a brother.

I believe Meeting Jesus changed Peter more than what we can imagine.

That wasn’t an accident either.

Not an accident, ravenwolf, many hold that opinion that Saul/Paul is the greatest apostle for the people today........

Like i said his witness of him self is not a great testimony and that is the only witness we have.

I believe there were only 12 apostles and Saul was not named among them.

Jesus taught his Apostles for 3 and one half years why? just so Paul could tell every one Jesus did not know what he was doing?

The reason i say that Paul was the great apostle for this age is because i believe we are living in the age of the mother harlot and her daughters which are the institutions called Churches.

I also believe Paul words gets twisted so much that it is really hard for any one to agree with just what it was that he said, not ignoring the fact that he did a lot of that himself.

His words were always going to be twisted because our Lamb’s Words ‘you know the Commandments’ to the question ‘what must I do to inherit eternal life’ is about as plain as it can get.

When He started showing me Spiritual Israel is walking the same paths and patterns of physical Israel, it became easier to see a bigger picture and principle of the ‘first the natural, then the spiritual.

Physical Israel had a Passover Lamb before Spiritual Israel

Physical Israel has three baptisms before Spiritual Israel does

Physical Israel had a wilderness journey before Spiritual Israel does

Physical Israel had a Saul before Spiritual Israel did.

And many more parallels.

And the living parable that is called physical Israel is quite a sight for Spiritual Israel to see and study.

And although Physical Israel had timelines of history, Spiritual Israel can be experiencing a wilderness journey at the same time they are experiencing a king Saul period.
All on a level(s) only discerned spiritually.

Paul is read in churches and used as a weapon with copy and paste in places here because Paul was a chosen instrument to be a prophetic Spiritual first king of Spiritual Israel.
Because Israel preferred having a king they could see than the King they couldn’t see (The Father)
And they paid for that choice and so has Spiritual Israel.
Thousands of denominations, divisions, sects, all claiming truth, not knowing that Satan deceives them too. And Paul’s letters are weapons used on different sides of arguments on many levels,like I felt you inferred..

But His plan had that built into it. We can’t fully understand why but we all will know those mysteries someday.
No one in Spiritual Israel would say Paul is a king but our Father had that as part of His plan in His Sovereignty.
Not a physical king but a Spiritual prophetic picture of the time physical Israel desired a king.

If people don’t see Spiritual Israel following Physical Israel’s paths and patterns,they won’t make that spiritual leap.
It isn’t something that can be perceived naturally but Paul and ‘first the natural,then the spiritual is so prophetic!

The church would be blessed to read a little of Leviticus and ask Him to show the spiritual meanings/message of those natural laws..
They may find themselves representing a leprous house that received a visit 500 years ago.
But that cleansing wasn’t total.
And another visit is due. And our Savior didn’t have demons enter ‘about 2,000 unclean swine’ for anything but prophetic purposes.
And 1500+500 Reformation is still 2000 swine (it explains an awful lot!)

And what does the natural law say about eating and touching dead swine flesh? (Spiritual law would seem to say do not eat or touch false doctrines/teachings)

Does the church see themselves as unclean demon possessed swine because it is tough to ignore the hints.

A prophetic message that may not be seen until one reaches about 2,000 years since His Resurrection.
And only those born then could be blessed with the hindsight and timely birth to experience those eye opening prophetic messages hidden in His Word. And Physical Israel has those prophetic mysteries in its journey that apply to Spiritual Israel.

Something even His first and closest disciples couldn’t see because it wasn’t for them to know.
How many alive today can ‘see’ it?
Only if He opens the eyes of us who are blind, will we see it.

You and I agree about churches but He led me further. They are a part of His plan and temple. Come out of her means something different to me than it may to you but it’s only because I see Christianity (and Judaism and its offshoots and Islam,etc) as all leavened. All being deceived by Satan.
And yet, all according to His plan.

Yes i do understand that the Churches with all of their apostasy is part of his plan, that is they each one gets out some of the gospel even though some times against their will.

But you have the best of me on the rest of it, as i lack a lot when it comes to the old testament.

He tells us the end from the beginning,ravenwolf. And not sure people would be interested in the old testament but the old covenant had a 30,60,100 like the parable of the sower. It’s patterns repeating.

The old testament of man begins with a garden.
We are in a restored garden right now, spiritually. That is what our Savior did when He took a Nazarite vow at the last supper, then violated it at His death. It allowed Him legally to go back to the very beginning and reverse what Eve and Adam had done.(everything a Nazarite was not to do -do not cut their hair,eat the grape, touch the dead) all are pictures from the original garden!

The church, in one corporate sense, is the garden restored, or maybe just a piece of it.
But because the Author of Life is not here, the church has only one tree to eat from and offer people in the garden- Satan’s tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Maybe getting a little too deep, but it really is amazing.
It could be said that the 4th dimension is time,and His 4th Commandment with a ‘time/date’ theme (Remember the Sabbath Day) offers a hint to that.
Well, the 5th Commandment would then may have a connection to His 5th dimension.
A dimension that may very well be looked at of His restored garden, spiritual dimension.
And if we jump to a 6th Commandment, we see a hint that can help us understand what’s going on.

The 6th Commandment is you shall not Murder- or don’t take life. In His Garden there is a Tree of Life, our Savior.
But He’s not here physically on Earth, so that only leaves one tree in the ‘garden’ currently. The one that represents Satan, or maybe even more deeply, the church.
The church is good and evil. Great good over it history but great evil.
And those who have ‘eaten’ from that tree has done what Adam as Eve did- die.
The tree of the knowledge of good and evil is represented in His 5th dimension/Commandment of honor your Father and Mother (2 parts just like the tree Adam and Eve ate from)

Satan was always going to lead people to death , even in the restored garden, because we have been given His Holy Spirit in cursed flesh.
The premise may be we must not eat from the ‘tree of the knowledge of good and evil, to hope to live and not die.
There will be people who will not eat from Satan’s tree( church) and only seek the Way,Truth and Life right before He comes.
The tree of the knowledge of good and evil to them will not be good or pleasant to the eyes or desired to get knowledge.
It will be the reverse and it won’t be by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit!

Jesus said we must come to him as little children, not “professors”

So i think i will just take it as i read it.

Ravenwolf, I had to become like a little child. I had to unlearn everything I was ever taught. How many adults woukd ugn up for that?
I didn’t signfor it- He led me to it.

Even ABCs and 1-2-3s. He counts differently than we do.
It’s just like becoming a child again.
Kindergarten all over again.
Which I exactly why kindergarten is such a prophetic word-
Kinder:children garten: garden

The children’s garden or garden for the children.

One need not be a professor but one had better learn the Father’s ABCs and 1-2-3s or it will all seem too hard of a puzzle.
Starting with how the Father counts is the first step and we aren’t taught this in the world.
The world teaches us to count 6+1.

The Father doesn’t count 6+1. First kindergarten lesson is counting and when one gets counting down, they will see His alphabet appear too.
And before one knows it, the Word becomes Flesh. Something we aren’t taught either.

When Paul arrived in Rome he found fellow believers. These were probably as a result of the Day of Pentecost and the believers going back to their home countries to spread the gospel.
