That’ll cost him.
So these rogue judges CAN be punished in some way.
Interesting. Let’s use this as precedent to deal with some of these activist judges who have been ruining the country.

Noticed how this punishment came within the judicial branch. Also notice than lefty-activist judges are NOT being punished for their defiance or “ethics violations”.
You will be made to care.
He must know he answers to the Ultimate Judge. . .our Heavenly Father. Life on this earth is but a vapor compared to eternity. Woe to the High Court. . .they will give an account for their actions.
You can bet that this judge is one of the honest judges. And because of reasons like this they will be more and more a thing of the past.
As the back of one semi truck observed: “Stop, Drop and Roll doesn’t work in Hell”.
So when liberals follow their “conscience” they are only expected to get a slap on a wrist and keep their jobs,but if it is a Conservative he gets thrown the heaviest punishment possible.

The most serious ethics charges stemmed from allegations that Day twice gave a gun to a felon who was in probation through a special court for veterans where Day was a judge. In those incidents, the Oregon Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability said Day had inappropriately singled out a veteran who was on probation through his court, including texting him, then twice allowed him to handle a gun, then lied to the commission during an investigation into the gun handling.
Another of the charges stemmed from an incident between Day and a referee at a soccer game in 2012. The commission said Day made a false statement in a letter he submitted as part of an investigation into the incident.

Sort of like lying to the Nazis about the Jews hiding in the attic.
I can’t figure out if he just let the guy “hold” the gun, or what...this is in my COUNTY....Judge Day used to be the Oregon State GOP Chair...
