As he often does when confronted with a truth he cannot refute he posts this picture. Sad part is he doesn't even realize the significance of the passages this is pulled from.
A clear sign of defeat on his part.

You giving us a warning?

You may well have seen, though just in case lurkers don’t get it...
I called him out on his temper and his rancor and his hate on past threads. About 10 posts later he started accusing me of having a temper and repeating it every three posts at me.
In other words, blatant projection and it’s there for all to see and I love it.

Seems that we non-Catholics know Catholicism better than most Catholics.
Sad isn’t it. Seems a lot of Roman Catholics have not read much of the plethora of writings that stand in contradiction of the New Testament...or, perhaps, in what they believe Roman Catholicism to be.
***
Lately, it’s not that hard. We literally have the sum of human knowledge at our literal fingertips.
The only reason NOT to be knowledgeable about Catholic/Lutheran/Protestant/evangelical etc. doctrine on these Catholic threads is if you deliberately refuse to do five minutes of research.
Of course, a certain someone we all know proudly admits that he refuses to do research because he ‘has better things to do.’
And this is why it’s so much fun.

Oh, yes...I've seen it before. It's one of the primary reasons I often post the following:
It is usually the Roman Catholic who resorts to the personal attack and/or profanity when the argument goes against them.

I think that's what the Roman Catholic often forgets...so much of Roman Catholic writings are available now for all to see.
When these are examined in light of the New Testament we find the contradictions.
Prior to the internet this might not have been possible unless you had access to a research library and were willing to put a lot of time in to the research.

Nothing this pope has said or published is excathedra and binding on the faithful being anathema for disagreement. He has stated a wide range of personal opinions some of which are not in accord with the long held dogmas of the Church. The luxury of a long, unbroken chain of Magisterial teaching is that we can discern how Francis sayings fit within Church teaching and disregard what is contradictory.

Hes the Pope. You have to submit or no longer be Catholic.I believe you are correct bro. I got tired of submitting to the pope, the priests and nuns. I couldnt stop committing mortal sins. I think I must have committed a thousand mortal sins a day, and I couldnt stop, so I thought there must be something different out there. Thanks be to God, there is spiritual truth out there, but is spiritually discerned. Only those with saving faith can understand it. Otherwise, it is gibberish to the unregenerate. 😀😆😄

However, Unam Sanctum doesn’t allow that escape provision Roman Catholics love to fly to when the pope says something they don’t like.

You HAVE to be in submission to the Pope no matter what Well, the first necessary but not sufficient requirement for the above to obtain is that...The pope is still Catholic.
Without that, submission is not compulsory or even desirable.

Ive never objected to Unam Sanctum; but I do object to the current heretic in the chair of Peter. You seem a bit judgmental.
By what authority do you claim he's heretical?
And what EVIDENCE can you produce to back up your claim??

Which pope? The ones who were Catholics, many of whom were saints, or a heretic? Surely you know!
The popes who were voted into office by due process.
There is a REASON that folks watch for either white or black smoke!

Your telling a Catholic what he must do is hillarious.Your refusal to abide by UNUM SANCTUM is downright Protestantical.

For you lurkers - an understanding of what ET is saying he does not need to abide by.
On 18 November 1302,
Pope Boniface VIII issued the
Papal bull Unam sanctam[a] which some historians
[1] consider one of the most extreme statements of
Papal spiritual supremacy ever made.
[not in citation given (See discussion.)] The original document is lost but a version of the text can be found in the registers of Boniface VIII in the
Vatican Archives.
[2] The Bull lays down dogmatic propositions on the unity of the
Catholic Church, the necessity of belonging to it for eternal salvation, the position of the pope as supreme head of the Church, and the duty thence arising of
submission to the pope in order to belong to the Church and thus to attain salvation. The pope further emphasizes the higher position of the spiritual in comparison with the secular order.
