John Haller is in Facebook prison. Clearly, he must be saying the right things. Help spread the word and get his message out. We may be experiencing to advent of two classic novels in our lifetime. Consider this: In the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, by George Orwell, the Thought Police (Thinkpol) are the secret police of the superstate Oceania, who discover and punish "thoughtcrimes" which are defined as personal and political thoughts unapproved by "the Party." Thinkpol used criminal psychology and omnipresent surveillance to monitor and arrest all citizens of "Oceania" who would commit thoughtcrimes in challenge to the status quo authority of the Party and the regime of Big Brother, the grand overseer and overlord of words and ideas. On the other hand, "Atlas Shrugged" is set in a dystopian United States at an unspecified time, where a "National Legislature" instead of the US Congress and a "Head of State" instead of a President have gained control. The government has also increasingly extended its tight noose over businesses with increasingly stringent regulations. America also appears to be approaching an economic collapse, with widespread shortages, constant business failures, and severely decreased productivity. This week's mantra is "Free John Haller" and his friend Brian Schrauger of www.jerusalemjournal.net . As Pastor Steve emphasized in his early morning message, the persecution has begun.

I did a short stretch in Facebook Prison for the simple reason that I friended too many people in too short a time span.
After being sprung, my page was subsequently hijacked by a Muz-Bro bass player in Cairo who used MY wall to post propaganda videos.
I disconnected and will NEVER go back.
Facebook is now in LTOS Prison!

Facebook is slowly dying.
The kids got off of it when the parents got on it. The kids are on instagram and snap chat.
Twitter was dying right before the 2016 election. The only thing keeping it alive are the conservatives.
Today there are very few people on it compared to 5 to 10 years ago.
I give Facebook another 5 years (10 at the most) and it will be gone too.

I understand MUCH has changed in the intervening years.
In Capernaum, the archaeological dig was SO primitive, I had to use an outhouse out in a sheep field to “do my business”.
Now, when I look at satellite photos of the area, I can see a huge canopied building and visitor’s center over the dig.
believe me, i remember EVERY detail!
I remember the archaelogical site, the synagogue dig, but I don’t think there was a full-fledged visitor center there.
More than an outhouse I think though, lol.
The outhouse was used by the shepherds, not the archaeologists.
The shepherds were a different demographic that the archaeologists were with the resulting disparities in hygienic practices if you catch my drift.
Heh, well that’s always the way of the world.
