You do realize all sin separates us from God...right?

They are welcome in the church, but are advised against communion. Again sacred scripture warns in 1 Corinthians 11:29 For he who eats and drinks unworthily eats and drinks damnation on himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

Again denying them communion is an act of love, trying to keep them away from additional sin. The associated scandal of the sinful reception is also damaging to the community.

And we let God decide who is unworthy. That job is not for us.

Should the Catholic Church not deny a homosexual “couple” the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony?

Not if they come with two women. Who they promise to obey and cherish.

Using your logic unrepentant rapists, child-molesters, homosexuals, murderers, abortionists, et al, should not be denied the sacraments.

Are you really a Catholic?

This is not my logic, its God’s. We do not sit in judgement. We should try to persuade people to come to God. But its solely God’s prerogative to decide if someone is worthy.

Now I’m convinced you are not a Catholic.

It has always been the Church's prerogative, and God's, to deny the sacraments to pertinacious sinners.

Read 1 Corithians 11:27.

When someone is in an objectively evident state of mortal sin, the Church has not just a right but a duty to warn them away from full participation. This has been upheld from the earliest days and the interpretation of “judge not” you are working from is a modernist innovation.

God judges the ultimate destination of the soul but those who will not listen to the admonishments of the Church will be lost.

This pope is the head of this church. And he says, worry about your self and stop judging others.

He is the visible head of the Church but he cannot unilaterally change the teachings of the Church. Even popes have been corrected for heresy and papal infallibility covers only a very narrow set of conditions. Look at the history of what the Church teaches to find the truth. Your interpretation of judging is not consistent with the long history of Church teaching.

This pope is the head of this church.

He is not. Jesus Christ is the head of the Catholic Church. And Jesus Christ condemned adultery.
