Racism ‘remains pre-eminent sin of nation, church,’ says [Catholic] Brooklyn bishop

Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio of Brooklyn is forming a new commission to study the effects of racism in the Catholic Church and in the Brooklyn Diocese.

He made the announcement Aug. 24 at a specially called Mass for Solidarity and Peace to counter the recent display of racism in demonstrations in Charlottesville, Virginia.

He said, “I am establishing a diocesan commission for social justice. … In the coming months, we will design our commission to deal with the social and religious problems that racism - in all of its forms - presents to us.”

“Racism remains the pre-eminent sin of not only our nation, but also of our church,” said DiMarzio.

I’m a Catholic, and while I can’t totally ignore the Pope and other enemies of the Church, I don’t have to be misled by them.

SEAN HANNITY: But Reverend Jeremiah Wright is not backing down and has not for years and in his strong stance on the teaching of black liberation theology is nothing new. He had the same things to say last spring when he appeared on "Hannity & Colmes:"

WRIGHT: If you're not going to talk about theology in context, if you're not going to talk about liberation theology that came out of the '60s, systematized black liberation theology that started with Jim Cone in 1968 and the writings of Cone and the writings of Dwight Hopkins and the writings of womynist theologians and Asian theologians and Hispanic theologians, then you can't talk about the black value system.

HANNITY: But I'm a — reverend

WRIGHT: Do you know liberation theology, sir?

The biggest problem the Catholic Church has is a communist pope.

This wasn't always the case. From the days of Karl Marx forward, one pope after another denounced Communism, some quite eloquently. In my own lifetime, the Catholic Church had a reputation for being solidly anti-Communist.

In USA, per year:
A few people’s feelings hurt by a couple dozen skinheads
vs.
One million aborted dead baby souls

Interesting how the same groups who so vociferously support abortion, homosexuality and associated perversions, socialism/communism are also at the forefront in the ‘battle against racism’?

Is it a case of ‘a stopped clock is right twice a day’ or an example of ‘birds of a feather ...’?

Matthew 22:34-40 English Standard Version (ESV)
The Great Commandment

34 But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”

The “pre-eminent sin” of the modern Catholic (and too many Protestant) Church is excusing away the sins of Islam in the name of the great god “Tolerance”, and pretending that God thinks there is more than one way to Him.

It is apostasy.

Read Revelation 1:1 again. The Father God told the Son, Jesus, what was shortly going to happen. Jesus told the Angel who told John who wrote it in a Book for us. Jesus walked on water to point us to Daniel 12 and put the Great Sign in the Heavens in Revelation 12 so we wouldn’t miss it.

Look at the track of Harvey: its a J! Don’t miss the signs!!

Why does Jesus walking on the water point to Daniel 12?

Do you have any links showing in pictures showing the track of Hurricane Harvey to prove your point?
