Proving yet again the prescience of the Founding Fathers of the United States of America as regards state-sponsored religion. Bad enough that a religious organization holds itself out as being guided by an ancient document they clearly contravene with this statement but they also do it in the name of the state to double-down on stupid. It was never just about "civil partnerships" or "gay marriage" it has always been about corrupting the word of God and the Church. "Normalizing" their behavior and forcing its acceptance is their end goal.
