The images I use are what I feel will fit the proverb verse. So today's image fits for me. I also see the word man mentioned and it is used as in mankind. For verse (19) I So I used a woman to help get the point across about looking in mirrors and seeing the true heart of ones character. Often times evil comes in very beautiful packages.
Or maybe it reminds me of my 2nd wife, a very beautiful woman who's heart was evil through and through. My present wife is also very beautiful, but she has the heart of an angel. She has to, she's been putting up with me for 30 years now.
The pic below is one a friend edited for our wedding album. We were obviously much younger.

This one confuses me.
“14 He who blesses his friend with a loud voice, rising early in the morning,
It will be counted a curse to him”
When Dad would yell to wake me up on Saturday mornng to do chores, I would curse him. (not to his face of course.)
I really miss my dad now.

This one confuses me.
Nothing is more irritating than a loud voice crashing you awake while sleeping and dreaming. Even the ones we love can feel our wrath for disturbing such sweet sleep.
Not sure if you are a parent, but if so you know that you forgive your children for their misplaced anger at you, so too would your father.
Not all Proverbs have deep meanings, this one just points out the obvious, but for those who never did this to another, they get a warning to be prepared for a harsh reaction if they do.

Sorry, but I don't recall your handle/name from the threads I visit... I get the Proverb okay, but it's in response to what?
