Amen to your posted prayer for the day.... the 20TH!! (sheepish grin for my truancy!)
Amen to the glory of our Lord as the ever-present caring Father and Friend
Amen to the upliftment of those suffering in floods in Louisiana and in fires in California and all who have been facing disaster of any kind.
Amen to the protection of Donald Trump, his family and team.
Amen to granting our people the wisdom and vision to elect all candidates who are the ones our Lord Himself would have for us.
Amen for the petition to assist us in resisting sin and the repenting of it, both personally and as a nation.
Amen to the taking up each one of us of the Whole Armor of God. Let that armor as chain mail grow from heart to heart, so that all of our armor, which is the Lord’s, become as a mighty burnished gold canopy stretching over our cities and our nation. Let this chain mail shine with the radiance of our Lord, as we are One and United, Man to Man, Man to Lord - all One in the Lord!
(And of course “Man” is intended here to include and mean both “Man” and “Woman.”)
Amen and gratitude for the Lord’s tender mercies. May we each be granted to learn how great is that Mercy by entering into the spirit of practicing that mercy each and every day by dispensing His mercy to the ones we encounter.

(Maybe I’m grasping at straws, but I feel, and think I see, God’s hand working. I believe He is answering our prayers.)

I must have hold of the same straw bale! LOL! However, I think what we are seeing is REAL! Our Father DOES love us, and ordained America! I keep clinging to the vision of the Tea Party turnout in 2010 and other massive voter turnout events, and find it difficult to believe that our Father would ignore those who sought to stand peacefully for the Founding. I think the movement that Donald Trump has tapped into, and is now shaping and leading lends more strength to the idea that Our Father is gladdened and will not abandon us. Hasn’t our Bible told us over and over and over again that if we will just repent, he will deliver us? and then he does? And of course if he is not heeded, it is awful. But I do believe we have the “for the sake of the 10” promise in action here, and I dare to believe that while we may be “shaken,” somehow our Constitution and Founding will survive. We have much reason to hope.

Father God, please open the eyes of the people that they see Truth. Please open the eyes of the Media, that they see their bias and the damage it is causing. Please open the hearts and eyes of the Clintons, that they see themselves as they really are and come to You for mercy and salvation.
Help us to live our lives as You would have us live, and keep us from error and sin.

We join in asking Your mighty favor to save our nation from the destruction of the secularists, the atheists, the one-worlders, the selfish and power-mad, and the international network of financial manipulation. Help our team Trump and Pence to form a new government Of the People, By the People and For the People who are grateful to be governed by You, and by our Constitution, Lord God.
