FATHER . . .we hear the voices of those described above, echoing through the chambers of government, through the rhetoric of election promises of many, and even, sad to say, through the deceptions of churches drawn toward political correctness and a "social gospel". BE WE DID NOT LEARN CHRIST IN THIS WAY. For far be it from us to preach anything except the cross of CHRIST, and us, servants. AMEN. For we are not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST, it is POWER of GOD FOR SALVATION to all who will believe, to the JEW FIRST and then the GREEK. AMEN. Heavenly FATHER, pour out YOUR HOLY SPIRIT upon us and keep us standing firm. We lean on YOU to keep us upright and unwavering. We dig deep to keep our feet upon THE ROCK, so that we may not falter. OH GOD, give us all discerning hearts, minds, souls, and strength to resist such ways of the world, to be shielded from those who walk a counterfeit faith.
We pray for our nation, we pray for heroes, we pray for our families, we pray for our children yet to be born, if YOU shall tarry. OH GOD, may FAITH, PURE AND DIVINE, be the bedrock of all of these we lift up before YOU. IN JESUS NAME.
And LORD, we pray for the Peace of Jerusalem, we pray that the GOSPEL, which is being spread once again throughout Israel, as the HOLY SPIRIT is leading many to the MESSIAH, will come forth in the POWER that is CHRIST's, for this same POWER that raised HIM from the dead, lives in all who believe, and is abundant to all who will believe. SO VERY AMEN.
