I find it appalling that this is even “news” and people talk about it.
Who the hell cares? What business is it of anyone’s?
Why would she be labeled a slut? What do we know about her sexual history? Why would anyone care?
Seriously.
And how/why are people interested?
And some of those also adore this stuff, right here on a conservative website.
Your point?
And you know this how?
Because Christian women are better, won’t publicize it?
How wealthy is he?
OMG you people gotta be trolls because this is just crap.
Nor can some so called “conservatives.” This thread is revealing, lol.
The situation is strange — to strange to be taken at face value.
What was she doing dating Tebow, whose no premarital sex stance is famous?
What was he doing date a woman who didn’t espouse a similar view? Not his first rodeo.
Why is Tebow not married already? Marriage as soon as financially feasible, not perpetual abstinence, is the usual way that people choose to abide by Biblical proscription on fornication.
I applaud Tim Tebow for not compromising, but he should have used better judgment than getting into a relationship with her to begin with - not sure what he expected - this was her prior boyfriend: http://www.christianpost.com/news/nick-jonas-explains-relationship-between-sex-and-god-133287/
It’s the very same people who will enthusiastically endorse numerous bizarre and destructive lifestyle choices and decry anyone who questions it as haters and bigots that are ridiculing and denouncing Tim Tebow for deciding he only wants to share his body with his wife on his wedding night.
Messed up.
The libs love the idea of choice, just so long as someone doesn’t make a noble and principled choice based on faith and religious adherence.
Well said.
Uhhhh . . . is she flaunting herself for Jesus? is her "beauty" career a form of evangelism, a way to make new disciples for Him?
Your question is rhetorical, perhaps??
Esther saved her people because of her beauty and courage - and what she was able to do in her “one night with the king”. But that’s a different story.
If she’s not a Christian, then Tim should realize that missionary dating is risky.
I think you might mean "finally wising up." A boy of Tim's age looks big, strong, and manly, but males of that age are only starting to gain some mature wisdom.
One of his unwise choices was/is picking professional football as an occupation fit for a committed Christian, or one which would attract a sincerely faithful wife who is looking for a man who has developed spiritually as well as physically.
(Just a conclusion after many years of observation.)
It would be my hope for him that he would submit to the Lord, find a godly helpmeet, and be able to tell his child, "Son, it was no mistake to desire your Mom as the Lord's gift far over and above all that the world has to offer."
God created Miss Culpo, but clearly she sought the world's approval, that of the universe if possible, not the Father's. And as the Bible pronounces, that which is of the world is not of the Father.
This also indicates that no matter how "religious," Tim is not spiritually mature or she would not be on his event horizon. He has not yet overcome the "wicked one."
(1 John 2:13-17; from one who has been there, done that, and knows how to avoid the agony and pain that goes with it.)
