Wow. That is one heck of a leap. You are taking that way outside of the context of the marriage feast. Your hermeneutic is over-spiritualizing passages to the point where anything can mean anything you want. Read the passage again and keep it within the context of the event.

You have to give Catholicism credit. They managed to not only eventuate polytheistic desires into monotheism via the Trinity, but to satisfy one of mankind’s constant needs, a female deity, without admitting it. Impressive.
