Has anyone else noticed that both the Anglican/Episcopalean and Lutheran churches have accepted gay marriage and the world media yawns?
Pope Francis mentions marriage and the world is in a frenzy.
What a crazy world we live in. I trust in God, and in His church. Everything else is beholden to the rulers of this world. No surprise.

Francis made the comments you posted when he was Archbishop in Argentina. He also wanted the church to accept homosexual unions in lieu of marriages. Bishops that believe in the Biblical definition of marriage shot down his proposal.

I have still not seen whether proposed Argentinian civil unions were specifically homosexual unions, or even if they were specifically "sexual" unions of any kid. They might just have been along the lines of a partnership, essentially a tax category.
Do yo have the wording? Do you know?
