I like that he knocks on doors,he gets off his chair and goes out and looks for souls to bring them closer to Christ.

...mine is no fault divorce.

Are you saying that you're another Catholic who does not believe in Jesus' preaching the indissolubility of marriage?

If so, I can see why you are so insulted.

He doesn't look for souls in synagogues or mosques.

Or even in his own cathedral.

The Church has already addressed this; starting with the very words of Christ.

So we’ve got a Catholic who dissents against Church teaching and a Protestant pastor both praising Pope Francis.

Why am I not surprised?

Who made you judge and jury on church teaching? You post a poorly written article based on opinion not any verifiable facts from a site dedicated to attacking this Pope and that is proof Francis did something wrong? Oh no it doesn’t.

My like of this Pope is his actually following the teaching of Jesus Christ, his humility and honesty and his courage and determination to fight the corruption plaguing the Vatican.

Now maybe I should say since you oppose Pope Francis you are against following the teachings of Jesus Christ, oppose humility and honesty, and either deny there is widespread corruption in the Vatican or you want that corruption to continue or think it best to turn a blind eye to that corruption so as not to embarrass the church. But it would be quite a leap for me to accuse you of any of those things even though you accuse this Pope on less so easily and accuse Fatima and myself, simply because we like this Pope who clearly you oppose. Guess you wanted this to be thread where everyone would just agree with you and attack Pope Francis because you think yourself more of an authority on church teaching than everyone else including the Pope. Correct me if I am wrong but don’t Catholics believe God Himself picks and appoints the Popes? You know what that suggests about you, right?

If you like this Pope so much, why won't you heed his call that there is no Salvation outside the Church and convert to Catholicism?

Look at some of the replies to my original comment in this thread. Those are not comments of followers of Jesus Christ.

Amen - they are followers of a religion and have no idea of how sinful that is in the eyes of the Lord. They have fallen from Grace (as described in the New Covenant) and claim the high road to His Grace as they ignore the full extent of His Love.

No a Christian, a man saved by Jesus Christ the One you claim to follow. All I look for is if some has a heart like Jesus or not. Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure. Phil 2

That is not true, I have read and heard on video what Pope Francis has said. Did you just make that up?

The name of your denomination has no importance in heaven. What is important is hearing Jesus’ voice here on earth. Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice”.

What would I covert to? I already have Jesus and He has me. The love between Him and I is full, it is joy beyond measure.

1) apparently, you do not know what the word histrionic means.

2) I do not care what you or anyone else reads. As indicated by the phrase “...for ME to finish reading it”, I was speaking only for myself.
