ROME, September 1 (RIA Novosti) - Pope Francis has written a letter to the residents of the town of Beslan in North Ossetia who are marking ten years since the Beslan school massacre, Italian media reported Monday.
Abbot Paolo De Carli, who sheltered 60 Beslan residents for two months at his monastery in the Trentino province in Italy in 2004, will take Pope Francis’s letter, the contents of which are not disclosed, to North Ossetia, the press service of the Honorary Consulate of the Russian Federation in Bolzano told RIA Novosti.
Paolo De Carli will also take part in the mourning ceremonies that will be organized by the consulate in the coming days.

I believe Beslan was a test run for a larger, simultaneous attack on scores of US schools in several states, in a single day.

Beslan was simply a horrific, unfathomable event. I can’t believe it’s been 10 years already. I don’t know if they’re still there, but YouTube had all kinds of videos and footage that our media never showed. It was so much worse than what most people here were told/shown.
It’s the kind of thing these monsters would love to do here.I look at how isolated the local rural schools are here and I just cringe.The Sheriff’s Dept might be able to mobilize in 20 minutes or so,and an awful lot of unarmed people could be shot in that amount of time.
Many don’t understand the peacock feathery downside of the militarization of police. They can make a good show, but ultimately can do no better than the forces there did. You can never make a movie about it as most except us here would believe it. It’s the ultimate horror story except PC thinking throws it on the asheap of history. I won’t.
After six years living in Saudi Arabia I can honestly say that I met some of the best people in the world. But I also met several people that can only described in the old days as “shoot on sight.” Even devout Muslims were afraid of them.

I have to think they have exactly who they want in charge of the US, at least for now. No need to rile us when they can just sit back and watch us weaken by democratic methods.
