The Woman Adorned With The Sun
if you say: "we have no use for Her Heart", know that in reality you are saying: "we have no use for the Lord's Heart!"
learn, feeble man, that My Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of your Mother are so united that in their perfect unity those Two Divine Hearts become One;
I tell you solemnly: if you acknowledge Her Heart, not only will you be acknowledging My Heart but also the Father's;
have I not said that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me?
if I am in the Father and the Father is in Me, My Heart, too, is in the Father and His Heart is in Mine;
to say that We are not inseparable and One, is to deny My Word;
do not be the slave of your spirit and do not be won by the arguments of the world;

Tonto, Catholics DO NOT WORSHIP MARY. You are showing your ignorance.

Instead of spewing out vile against Catholics for their veneration of the Blessed Mother, why not attack, with the same venom your PROTESTANT brothers the Lutherans and Episcopalians, who all honor Mary with the same zeal! And when you see them make the sign of the sign of the cross tell them how stupid and “unscriptural” they are.

Tonto, Catholics DO NOT WORSHIP MARY. You are showing your ignorance.

If you were to treat any other person or object in the same fashion, it would be immediately condemned as idolatry, even by the RCC. This "we don't worship Mary" argument is the theological equivalent of Bill Clinton saying "it depends on what the meaning of is is." You can argue form all you want but the substance says something different.

Instead of spewing out vile against Catholics for their veneration of the Blessed Mother, why not attack, with the same venom your PROTESTANT brothers the Lutherans and Episcopalians, who all honor Mary with the same zeal!

Two good reasons:

1) All? The Episcopalians and Lutherans I know do no such thing. A Lutheran friend became so because he was concerned with the excessive Mary veneration in the RCC, along with other doctrinal concerns which he could not reconcile with Scripture, but the Marian theology was the last straw.

2) Even if some of them agree with the extreme views of the RCC in this matter, they don't start provocative threads on the FR.

She doesn’t say adore me... she says SERVE ME... And if you do, I promises you stuff...
that is a lie from the pit of hell...

“Even if some of them agree with the extreme views of the RCC in this matter, they don’t start provocative threads on the FR”

Only “provocative” for those that are ignorant of 2,000 years of Christian teachings. The Catholic/Orthodox Church didn’t start a couple hundred years ago, or 50 or 20, or 10 or 1. If your ancestors are Christian and were Christian for the first 1,500 years after Christ died......THEY WERE CATHOLIC!
Now put that in your pipe and smoke it.

I consider the whole thing unchristian. If you read on them and you’re a Christian, it’ll be easy to see why.

Basically, like many others, they’ve twisted scripture to their ends and added or taken away certain things to get their result.

There are a lot of things out there that appear close to the truth, but indeed aren’t. Remember the bible tells us that even Satan can appear as an angel of light.

We must always be diligent and in his word and pray for the ability to tell the good from the bad (discernment).

Don’t misunderstand me though, there are a lot of good people that are JW, Catholic, Buddhist or whatever else, but being good doesn’t save a person.

Protestantism is still too close to their mother, yes..

They don’t see it because we live in a counterfeit world where too much has been accepted as truth without proving all things...

If they spent more time in the mirror, they may be a little less likely to fight with their mother.
Since they spend a lot of time arguing false premises with their mother that just go round and round.

I think serving anyone in a supreme sense --- other than God --- is idolatry. So do you, I understand. So really, since we're in agreement, there's no problem.

It's a squabble only when people don't make an adequate distinction between difference senses of a word.

Restaurant manager: You'd better go over and serve Table 4.

Waitress: No way. I adore God and Him Alone do I serve.

You mean the CATHOLIC document that came from the CATHOLIC CHURCH. Without the CATHOLIC CHURCH you will still be praying to a sun god.

Have to admit, made me laugh to. The Jews actually did a great job of protecting most of what we now call 'the bible' for a very long time. In fact, Jesus and the first century church used these same 'old testament' books (or tanakh) when this thing called 'christianity' was just getting started.

But the quid pro quo that ‘our lady’ asserts for doing what she tells you to do is not God given..

She didn’t say serve God or serve my son by praying the rosary.. she said faithfully serve me..
And she isn’t tell one to go get a drink order... the lady is saying faithfully serve me by doing these prayers and I promise a,b,c...

The Me’s, My’s and I’s in those 15 promises attributed to the spririt are not from a servant of the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob or His only beloved Son..
A Torah observant Israelite would not have given one of those promises..

And we have the Messiah’s very words to Satan as proof in the first promise test.
That is pretty damning evidence for those with eyes to see or ears to hear..

Little kids that get these beads and instruction manuals have little or no discernment- and that is criminal.. but thankfully, I didn’t receive a set as a child...we are called to test and prove all things- even what the world accepts as givens...

Whatever this spirit points to- it isn’t the Messiah of Israel.. and protestants should be confronted with these too-because number 14 is one they would appear to have little disagreement with..
If she is lying on 1, is 14 a lie too?
Protestants would have diverse answers to that.. and watching their squirming wouldn’t be pretty..

Did anyone ever claim otherwise? When a tree forks, it only has one trunk and each fork has the same claim to the trunk. Protestants, Orthodox Catholics, and Roman Catholics share the same church ancestors.

Now put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Thanks for proving my point about the provocative nature of your posts.

Are you Jewish? Because if you are in this case you would be the same as us on this forum. Considered non-Christian, by some elements. :)

Amen.

One of my favorites as of late:

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, Our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve, To thee do we send up our sighs, Mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, And after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary! Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen.

No, I am not Jewish. But I do know what it is like to be considered to be a ‘non-christian’ but some ‘christians’.

Mary Queen of Heaven. It is because of such obvious in your face RCC sycretism (the blending of paganism with Christianity) that the other two monotheist religions, Judaism and Islam, see no credibility in Christian claims of truth.

They see it for what it is: idolatry. The RCC is a fault. The Papists will answer to God at the judgment for causing millions to be lost, millions of Jews and Muslims to reject the gospel. Sadly, most Jews and Muslims think RCC when they think of Christianity.
