Clearly, the Founders' philosophy was that the rights of conscience and of free exercise of religious belief are, and must ever be, outside the purview of federal government, because those rights are "natural rights" of individuals, derived from the Creator and, therefore, unalienable by any human power.

Those rights are not what might be called "grants" derived from a human legislature and the man-made laws it passes.

Just as clearly, so-called "progressives," including the President, hold a view which is the antithesis of that philosophy.

That was the first thing that I noticed. The Pope is sitting with the desk between him and 0bama. The Pope wants to keep his distance and not appear too chummy with the evil one. I have never seen a photo like this before. When other presidents meet with the Pole they are photographed sitting next to each other with nothing in between them.

The Catholic Church has much more power than Obama if they’d only use it. Through the power of God they should start excommunicating the Pelosis and Bidens in congress. That would either force them to change their unGodly ways or it would prove they’re frauds.
